Hello. On July 20, 2023 I ordered two items from the official ********* on-line store. A t-shirt and hat. On October 17, 2023, I emailed the Bravado company (they distribute the ********* products) and notified them that I never received either the shirt or the hat. That same day I received a reply stating that the shirt was out-of-stock. They said I could get a replacement or a refund for the shirt and that the hat could still be sent or could be refunded. I replied on October 18 stating that I would like a refund for the shirt and they could send the hat. On October 19 I was issued a refund of $31.20 for the shirt. On October 31 I emailed them back stating that I still have never received the hat nor any shipping confirmation. I got no reply. On November 2 I emailed Universal Music Group and explaining the situation with yet again no reply. So at this point, I would prefer a refund for the difference between what I originally paid ($71.92) less the refund I received for the shirt ($31.20) which would be $40.72. I am not opposed to them sending me the hat but I would require shipping confirmation and tracking. I do have copies of all emails sent if you require them. So, all-in-all, it has been almost four months since I placed the original order and am not happy with this company's service. If you could help, it would be greatly appreciated. I have been ignored from their customer service since September 13. I have been wanting to return my merchandise that I had bought that was not what was advertised. I asked for a shipping label to be sent to me so I can be able to send the merchandise back. I then offered that I would just pay for the shipping and send it back to them and what they did was a bait and switch, and it was not what was advertised, and I wanted what was advertised and I did not receive was advertised and is a simple solution of me returning the merchandise which was a vinyl record and a CD. They even change the description several times before shipping so when I had originally ordered, it said one thing and then whatever I got it the description said something completely different and to me that is not transparent it was completely a bait and switch tactic. I want to return my merchandise and a refund
