      Took a bus to ******** with my boyfriend to see my dad, and the bus was filthy the toilet didnt work nor did the ac. I contacted the company to see if we could switch buses because my boyfriend has health problems and doesnt do well with heat. The company informed me that they cant switch buses and we cant transfer. So I had to stop at a rest stop and get him a fan and bottles of water to help cool him this is absolutely ridiculous & disgusting. I wanted to transfer or at least get some kind of help or credit for our return trip back home and this company cant even do that!! The bus shouldnt even be in service because they know of these issues

      I am filing this claim on behalf of my mother *****************************. She purchased bus ticket for passage from ******** to *************, with a schedule departing time of 8pm on 02/12/2024.As requested by the company, we arrived at the departing location of ****************************************************************** 30 minutes prior to the departure time.The bus we chartered arrive at 8:04:24pm (as seen in photo 3). We exited out vehicle and began to approach the bus. The bus departed at 08:04:44pm right in front of us (as seen in photo 5). We attempted to flag the bus down as it left, but the driver proceeded to leave. The driver never even took his foot off of the brake to open the door.We contacted Wanda Coach at 08:07pm to inform them that their driver left us without notice or cause. The customer representative (******) was extremely impolite and dismissive and stated that we would either have to call back in the morning for resolution or wait 3 hours for the next bus to arrive at 11pm. I asked if they could contact the Bus Driver and have him return, as he just left and wouldn't be very far away. ****** decline and said they have no way of communicating with their drivers. I requested to speak with a manager or supervisor, a request which ****** refused. Instead stating that she would contact the manager for a refund, however this isn't a viable solution as my mother still needs to get to ** for a funeral. Left w/no other option we decided to wait until 11 for the next bus. My mother called the company again at 10 to confirm that the bus was coming at 11, and received an affirmation from a rep named ********. The time now is 11:15pm, no bus. We called the company to check on the status and was told that the company cancelled the 11pm bus.We didn't receive any notification of cancellation AT ALL. When ask why no notification was given, the new rep we were speaking exhaled in annoyance and hung up the phone, leaving us stranded with no resolution and no trip.

      On Sunday December 17, 2023 I purchased a one way bus ticket from Wanda coach bus company for the amount of ****** for myself from ******* ******* to *************, for departure Tuesday December 19, 2023 at 1:30pm. Upon arrival to the pick up location the bus was already leaving at 1:25pm and I was left behind to catch the next bus which was set to depart at 4pm, but was told by a Wanda coach employee that I would have to pay $15 extra to board because I missed the first bus. Upon boarding the 4pm bus I noticed a strong stench on urine and ***** On the bus there is a bathroom and the toilet was filled to the brim with urine, ***** and I dont know what else just splashing around. The bus itself was very dusty and dirty and has no air circulation to let out the bad air. Also this company transports cigarettes from ******* and along the route to *** and forces customers on the bus to go inside gas stations and buy cartons of cigarettes to sell in ***. They will push the cash in your hand and tell you how many cartons to get. Also they transport fresh seafood in the same under carrier that we have to put luggage. I am asking that this company be investigated for transporting illegal stuff, safety and health concerns also I am asking to have the buses sanitized and inspected including the bathroom before each trip. Also to make sure every person is accounted for before leaving after each break stop. Because they leave people if they dont get back on the bus whenever the driver is ready and they will leave people in states they probably never even been in before which isnt safe. Pls investigate this company that are doing a lot of shady stuff because they know its hard to make complaints against them so they do whatever and treat customers however which isnt right and definitely not professional.

      On Saturday ,November 11 , 2023 I purchased a ticket from 103 ******** ********,** to *******************************************************. I was too leave at 10:00pm and arrive at 11:30am Sunday November 12,2023. Never made it to my stop the driver was running behind and I was the only passenger going to ********. The driver turned around in ******** ,**, never arriving at the ******** location. He proceeded to drive to ******* ** when asked why he didnt go to my stop he told me I needed a transfer.

      On October 20, 2023 I purchased a ticket from Wanda coach bus company to depart on Friday October 27, 2023 at 8:10pm. The pick up location is *******************************************************************. The bus never showed up at the pick Up time. I started to get worried so I went online looking for information to get in contact with the bus company. I wasnt successful in that. I saw a guy standing around and I asked him where is he going. He told me hes also going to *******. He did tell that the bus always comes late and he should be there at 9:10. I felt a relief because I thought I did something wrong on my end. The bus pulled up at 9:12pm. I walked to the bus I put my bags under the carrier, the bus driver told me to show him my ticket I did. Once I did that he told me to take my bag off the bus and that I could board the bus. The driver could not speak English at all. So it was very difficult to communicate with him about what was taking place. He shut the door in my face a drove off. I emailed the people and the next day they actually called me. They did offer to reschedule the trip but what I needed it for was to late. I was suppose to help my mom dealing with something medical that was very important. I was suppose to arrive the following day at around 8 in the morning. It was imperative for me to be there and the bus driver took that away from me. My mom had no choice but to leave because she couldnt wait on me. It was a very important medical procedure she was heading to. The company been emailing me back and forth and I really just want my money back. This company isnt reliable. They have these strict rules in place for not getting a refund but this was there fault. I was at the bus since 7:15. I was on time because I didnt want to risk missing the bus. I ended up getting a Lyft back home. My whole day was wasted for nothing.

      I am writing to complain about Wanda Coach ************ I booked a one-way trip from *********, ** to ************* on 7/13/23 and paid $81.99 on the 5:30pm bus. The bus made a stop for a supposed to "10 minutes break'' while the driver was getting gas in ********************* ********. The bus was on the line trying to get gas while other trucks were getting gas as well. I got off the bus with other passengers to use the bathroom. When I came out the store the bus the bus was pulling off to leave. I was unable to catch them due to the track trailers driving in the middle of the parking lot. I was left stranded in ******* with all my luggage still on the bus on its way to *************. There was no emergency number to call the company. I was 5hrs & a half away from home. There was no courtesy from the driver warning other passengers that he was leaving or honking the horn. I contacted them the next day on the phone about my bags and they were rude & dismissive. One of my bags are currently missing and they refused to give a refund. This appears to be a common practice of theirs in that they explained that this happens all the time. I called them several times about my belongings and can't get in touch with anyone. I finally got with someone on the phone after 15mins waiting, I was explaining to one the employees the situation. He was extremely rude and was stating that there's no way to get in touch with the driver. He then stated that "there's two options what the drivers do with the lost & found, they either leave it on the streets, leave it on the bus or put it in the office." I didn't attend my trip to ************* while my luggage on its way to ************* missing and they refused to issue a refund. This company just want money and can careless about their customers.

      I am extremely disappointed with the services provided on 06/17/23 on my way to ***, my bus was supposed to departure @ 2:15 am and the driver was a no show! 1 bus came by @ 2:10 am stopped and didn't provide the courtesy to @ least lie by saying another bus in on their way, 2nd bus came by @ 2:45 am with the same attitude by this time we are believing this is a scam so we are calling them and there simply was no way to reach a customer service rep the phone simply rang and rang, @ 3:45 am the 3rd bus came by with not a single remote intention in picking up the 15 persons waiting for their ride since 1 am, the driver just stopped because he had to drop someone off and if it wasn't for the 2 brave passengers that stand in front of the bus and demanded the ride to *** we would have been left behind! Finally, we were able to board the bus @ 4 am, 2 hours after our scheduled departure time. The condition inside was so unhygienic that is embarrassing to think that this company provides any services and requires payment for it, the smell of ****, the stickiness of the floor from being peed on, leaking into the baggage compartment and impregnated the odor into our luggage was nauseating, repulsive, nasty, disgusting, offensive! I was sick to my stomach!This is the worst service I have ever encountered, and I am hoping that the BBB takes action with this company as it should be SHUT down and fined for not meeting the most simple standards for a business like punctuality, customer service, clear communication, etiquette, hygiene it is just simply inappropriate, improper and distasteful . I am a witness that 15 additional persons experience this disaster. A company should take pride in taking care of their customers and should move in excellence! Regardless of how much the cost of the ticket is without even mentioning that you can find better prices with excellent customer service like Flix bus.

      I was going to ******** for a Christmas. I had 2:15am bus schedule from **. Around 9, one lady called me and bus schedule changed to 1am. She said I could take next bus at 330am.So I took Uber, it was 20dollars to take a bus. Bus never came. I called the lady that I talked to. She said bus was cancelled. She kept saying no bus no bus. So I came back home with Lyft ride another 20dollars. It was worst experience. They should refund my money back and Uber cost too. It was the worst of the worst.
