Absolute nightmare. Bus showed up over two hours late. ****************** lady was incredibly rude. Driver seemed drunk/intoxicated. Drove ***** mph the entire trip, speeding up and slowing down, as if he were falling asleep. Passengers were asking him what was going on and if he was okay, he just yelled back, inaudibly, in Chinese. Driver was swerving all over the roads. He was constantly on his phone (talking and texting) throughout the entire ride. This was completely unsafe. This company should absolutely shut down. Bathrooms do not work. Whole bus smells like sewage. Seats and floors are completely filthy and disgusting. Worst bus experience I have ever experienced, hands down.

Irresponsible and do not care about the customers ! The bus is rode in from ******* to NY drove off and left me at a rest stop after only a few min that was permitted by said driver ,who also drove off with my baggage . I contacted his customer service immediately several hours earlier than their arrival time in ** , requesting help in securing my property on the bus in my seat where I left it and to leave it at the ticket office wher i can retrieve it . I was told yes by the **************** agent who took all my information including my description of my **************** I then paid for my own transportation to ** arriving half hour before the scheduled arrival of the said bus . I went to the office and was told bluntly that they knew nothing and to call back the 917 number and when I finally got them I was told to be patient and wait for a delivery of my baggage by a bus coming to the station where I remained for 2 days and never received my baggage despite all my begging and pleading for someone to help me . I also offered to go to where the bus was being cleaned and parked but the denied me , so I lost my baggage with all my important documents including my US Passport, bank statements, title for my *** X5 that I recently bought , my job ID among too many other things to mention but no one cared despite my begging, pleading and submission so I finally called 911 , is this right ?

I am sooooo mad my bagggage was accidentally left on their bus!!! I reported it right away and they act as though they dont know whats going on! Or act like they dont understand English my child insulin was left in the bag and I have been calling them everyday since 9/3.24 and nothing!! The bus went straight to the garage which means the employees are stealing!!! I am livid I will never ride with them again they are disgusting to play around with someone personal property and or medicine!!! Im gonna keep calling and Im going down there with the police I wanna see those cameras

Horrific does not begin to describe it ! How are they still open . So scared and not safe .

Trash. Ordered a one way bus to ******** at 1:30am and I got a notification at around 9pm that the bus was arriving earlier at 1:20 so I got to the bus stop at 1 am just to be sure and waited for 40 mins in the cold. I called the company to see if the bus was even coming and the person said it was a few minutes away. Finally at around 1:50 the bus showed up but didnt even stop for 1 second it just hit a quick u turn at a light and left. We tried to waive it down but it just completely ignored us. I tired to call the company back at least 30 times and I got sent straight to voicemail. Then finally 1 hour later my call got answered and I told the person what happened and they just abruptly said not my problem and hung up the phone. The worst service Ive ever experienced. Before boarding the WANDA COACH AKA CHINA BUS in ******* ** to ********. They were rude about getting the ticket. Told us to goto atm and said chop chop its there right over. You got 10 min. We boarded the bus after paying $130.00 each one way @3pm. They refused to put the ** on. Kept saying it was broken not working.. Finally after multiple people complaining they turned the "broken ac on" but that was after another lady got on the bus after hearing another passenger begging the driver to turn it on because she has asthama.. The ** only lasted about an hr then they turned it off again. The driver had multiple close calls for an accident.. They seem to only care about the chinese. They are racist. They pick and choose who sits up front and who they put in the back of the bus.. The beginning of the trip they seemed to only have the ac for the driver and first part of the bus.. The money that they took from customers as purchases for the tickets. They inturned and used such profits to obtain hundreds of cartons of newport ciggarettes with the intentions of selling them on ************* for black market distribution.. Very very disappointed

Waited for bus that was supposed to arrive at 1:30 arrived at 7 and then the bus driver was nasty to the 2 other passengers apart from me that stuck around to be picked up. The busses are disgusting and decrepit and the company has been known to take peoples money despite buses never showing up. I know this sounds dramatic but this was genuinely the worst bus ride of my life. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Bus cancelled an hour before departure no explanation. No one is on the office to reschedule. Holiday is ruined.

Yeah Thanx to this miserable company I'll not be attending the DragonForce Amaranthe concert in ********* ** for Halloween Thanx A Holes!!! The map showed ************************************* as being next to trader ***'s BUT it's actually in the ********** parking lot on the other side of the highway!!!!! So by the time I found this out the bus already left earlier than the 3:30 timeslot! So stranded with no ride already bought concert tickets and booked a hotel. I'm now outta all that money with nothing to show for! Thanks for a very unlovely & extremely unhappy Halloween!! Buyer Beware!!!!
