Home ******** Services ** persistently contacted me, bombarding me with calls, texts, and voicemail messages, all in an attempt to placate me with an offer for a free cleaning to make amends for their prior shortcomings. Finally, in August 2023, after enduring months of their attempts, I reluctantly agreed to the offer for a free cleaning. Upon returning home, I conducted a thorough inspection of the cleaned areas, only to find that my place was still far from being clean. While in the kitchen, I made a startling discovery- inexplicable damage had been done to my air fryer. I promptly contacted the company and conveyed the issue, only to receive a promise that it would be escalated to a supervisor for resolution. Regrettably, I never received a follow-up response despite multiple texts and emails. After a month they flatly refused to compensate for the damaged air fryer, instead offering a meager $58 refund from my original booking in April 2022, contingent on my removal of the ****** review. I firmly declined this proposition, emphasizing that my review was an honest reflection of my experiences, and I could not be swayed by such a bribe.Upon further investigation of their ****** reviews, I discovered that I was not alone in facing such tactics. Another customer, ***************************, had also reported an attempt to manipulate her through a free cleaning offer in exchange for removing her review. As per ******'s regulations, such practices are strictly prohibited: Content that has been incentivized by a business in exchange for discounts, free goods and/or services. This includes merchant requests for revision or removal of a negative review through offered discounts, free goods or services, or other incentives.
