I started a spotfund campaign for my husband, $50,000. for an emergency situation. I received $150 into my donations account, but only $75 was transfered to my bank. The other $75 mysteriously vanished yet on my "dash board" it says I received the funds. Plus my campaign was deactivated by someone other than myself ! I have been emailing the contact or support address for an explanation. I regret not going with GoFundMe now, and I should have researched this group sooner. Luckily it was not a larger sum of money.Even so, they are probably a scam !The reason I started the campaign was out of desperation. An emergency situation.For what seemed to come out of nowhere my husband became very ill, and was quickly rushed to an ER, then put in ICU for multiple organ failure. From his kidneys to his liver to his heart. Now he is fine, and has been discharged from the hospital and his recovery has been just as quick. It has been less than 10 days but he made a miraculous recovery.Business response

The author of a campaign on our platform, requested two separate disbursements of the funds they raised. They were both sent to the author in a timely fashion, which is one business day after request. The author requested disbursement on Friday, June 17th, and it was promptly sent, but because of the *********** holiday for Juneteenth, the next business day was Tuesday, June 21st. The author did not read the disbursement email that stated the disbursement schedule. Later, the author resolved the issue with us over email and claimed that they remedied the BBB complaint. See attached email for more info. As of June 21st, all funds were in the author's bank account, exactly according to schedule.
