I contacted Disseration Genius, LLC on approximately February 5, 2024 to do an assessment of my multiple linear regression analysis for my doctoral dissertation, which would be due February 20th, 2024. This appointment would have been a consultation appointment, but a *************************** immediate said that I would required an analytical package at a price of $1,795.00. I had a study that had been underway for about 1 year, an exploratory sequential mixed methods study, with a quantitative portion where I had done all the work. I also had a list of request from my dissertation chairs, with one prime directive, that I had to solve any issues with multiple linear regression. After speaking with ***************************, and agreeing that she would run my regression analysis, a correlation, analysis, provide descriptive statistics, all the things I had already done, she was to render the work using *** SPSS software in APA 7 format, and paying here requested half payment of 900 dollars, she sent over an email with something completely different, completely changing the scope of the analysis to a design that was not consistent with study variables -- and a scope of work where I had been charged for approximatey 50 hours of work to about 2 hours of work. I did'nt feel that I had anyway out after the 900 dollar payment, and when she delivered the results on February 15, 2024, I automatically issued the last payment of 900 dollars. The next day when I reviewed the 13 pages of material, which was automatically generated by some software tool, I was shocked to see the analytical work was not was agreed upon, and the work ws incorrect, with errors, and not in APA 7 format as required for any dissertation. I reached to clarify what had happened, and explain the work was useless and had to be redone, that now I had 3 days to complete the work, and requested if she could not redo, if ************** could walk me through how to use SPSS software, she was dismissive and requested more money.

The client was informed of the exact analysis I would run prior to my completing the project. This was discussed via telephone and confirmed via email before I began. The client was dissatisfied with the models and she then requested that I complete 38 additional analyses. There was a great deal of miscommunication with this client and the client was having ***** difficulty getting her analysis approved (nothing to do with me). For example, she also indicated I did not complete a week's worth of work; I told her the turn-around time would be a week not that it would take me 1 week. The package she purchased included up to 15 analyses as described in the published fee schedule (qualitative data analysis package #3).

The client  requested a partial refund, which I sent to her via Zelle (the same way she paid) on 2/19/23. 2/19 was a holiday so the transfer of the refund shows "pending." I wish her the best of luck!
