In March 2022 I purchased a Rollgood SE004 scooter. I was very happy with my purchase. Then in September 2022 I had issues with the battery not holding a charge and dying quickly. I brought the scooter to the store for service and I had I was told that the battery failed and needed to be replaced. The store replaced the battery at no charge to me. Then in March of 2022 when I plugged in the charger, it wouldn't charge although the battery light indicated that the battery required a charge. Again, I brought the scooter to the store to be serviced and this time I was told that the battery failed again and that it would need to be ordered and replaced at a cost of $220. I refused to pay and asked to have the battery replaced again and I was told that the battery should last for years and that I must have damaged it myself.Customer response

April 14th 2022 I purchased an electric scooter for ******. 3 weeks later the motor burnt out. In the store they told me that this scooter was good for me, now they are saying I am too big for it. They offered me 200$ for then to keep the scooter instead of fixing. If they fix motor they want me to sign a document stating that the warranty is voided. I either want them to give me back my money for a scooter that isnt gonna work for me OR i will pay the difference of a larger model that will hold my weight. They sold me this knowing I was too big and now blaming me for being too big.Business response

This is an update for case ID# ********.
Customer *******************, picked up the scooter.
He also said he will withdraw the complaint from Better Business Bureau.
We have attached the agreement letter which states he has a 30-day warranty on the new motor.
