I ordered and paid for a custom tray (~$200) in Nov 2021. At the time, I was quoted 8 weeks for production. It has now been 27 weeks and I havent received my item. All of my calls have gone unanswered/unreturned. I got one response to my many email inquiries, and was told that the item would be shipping soon and I could expect it in 7 business days. It is now 6 weeks since that email update and I still havent received my product. I also no longer get any response to my emails. I would like to receive my item (or a full refund) ASAP.Initial Complaint

I am a retail consultant who buys for various boutiques. On October 1st, I placed an order for one of the boutiques with a custom order from Ben's garden for decoupage in the amount of $756.00usd. The order was supposed to ***********-8 weeks. We (my business partner and I)have emailed and called several times as it is now 5 months since the order has been placed and paid in full. I have a sales confirmation but when I inquired by email and said I was complaining, that was the only time someone answered. The employee was very rude and would not give an answer on the status of the order (via email). I asked the employee to be respectful in communication. Another employee called and started being very aggressive on the phone about politics and the pandemic and quite frankly some scary and inappropriate conversation that did not make a lot of sense or directly relate to the refund or production of the order. My business partner and I asked for a refund. We are ok with a company being delayed in production, but to not be honest about this and to not communicate (kindly) , this is not a company that should be allowed to continue to advertise falsely. Although it's not a lot of money we don't want the same thing to happen to other people trying to place an order which is why we are speaking up. We still don't have an answer on a refund or status of the order over 20 weeks after the money was paid. Hoping others see this and we also receive the refund which is the correct action from Ben's Garden.Customer response

Hi there -- I ordered a custom decoupage for $125 from Ben's Garden on June 29, 2021 (with my married name *****************************) and never received the order (order #*****). I have emailed them repeatedly, called repeatedly, and never heard anything concrete back. Except one time someone lied to me on the phone and told me it was "shipping out today" months ago. This business should be shut down for total fraud. And based on online reviews I am not the only person to be scammed by them. Thank you.
