I received a homesick candle aa a gift. The wick does not seem to be in the correct place as the candle seems to be burning its holder when you light it. I have had your candles before and nothing like this occurred. I am including the pictures of what it looks like after only burning it twice. Also, I tried contacting customer service multiple times, but no one ever responded.Initial Complaint

Order ********* placed Tuesday 5/28/2024 @ 2:21pm for candle called 19th Hole and matches to light candle, for my husband for Father's *** 2024. The Status of the order was never fulfilled by Homesick, which is a subsidiary of Win Brands Group, *************************************. The email response from Homesick Candle is very vague stating they will get back to you within 72 hours. Untrue. No response at all. This company is fraudulent!Initial Complaint

I ordered a product (candle) from Homesick Candles, which is a business under the umbrella of WIN. This product arrived broken and unusable. I've tried to reach out to the company via their website, via their HELP email address, via their PRESS email address, and via the social media channels. I have tried to reach them 7 times! And I have not yet received a response of any kind from anyone.All I wanted was a replacement product for the one that is broken. But this company is completely non responsive.Customer response
