I contacted this business on September 24th about selling a diamond ring. Their process was explained to me and I ultimately decided to send my item to them for an appraisal and possible sale. They sent me a ***** shipping label which is what I used to send my item. I was told that I would be given an offer after the physical appraisal. On 10/2 after a few days of negotiation we agreed on a purchase price. I was told I would be paid for the item immediately ($4200) so I sent all relevant bank information. It has now been 11 days, they still have my ring, I have not been paid and this company is not returning my voicemails nor emails. Their listed phone number is never answered and the voicemail is full. I have uploaded screenshots from their website which includes their claims for trustworthiness and parts of the email string in which they give me an offer and claim to pay me (I can give the entire string of emails from initial contact through the last one sent if needed).

Hi. We had an issue with a customer not receiving her payment on time because we were closed early for Jewish holiday, customer was also based out of ******** so there was a time difference when she was trying to reach us. We came back to the office on Monday, October 14th at 10 am and promptly contacted her and scheduled her payment. Issue has been resolved, we spoke with the customer but she can not remove the complaint from BBB.Regards******
