      I recently was let go from Coach as I was and know I was a great ********. I was told that Coach wanted to hire me directly because I was with a recruiting team. However, I was told that Coach needed to do a background check and I was all in for it as I was not worried because I had nothing to hide. Well one of my last jobs I had worked for gave me a no on my background check for a no for a rehire (as someone else recently bought out the clinic so no one knows me). Out of all my jobs that was the ONLY no I had gotten. I was able to dispute it as Coach told me last Tuesday the 15th that I had 6 business days to dispute it and fix it. However, I was able to dispute it and corrected on the 5th business day. I get called on Monday the 21st on MY day off that Im FIRED. Ive gotten accused and wrongfully let go. Coach refuses to see that they were in the wrong. To whomever that wants to work from them DO NOT. How do you from being the FIRST ******** of the month to getting hired on directly to be fired over 1 no on my background check. S**** Coach!

      Coach Outlet employees running cash purchases through register with THEIR NAME - most likely to return stolen purses with a valid receipt. Then when someone tries to do a warranty claim there is no record of their purchase. After hours of calling I was able to get the order number and Coach requested to ship the purse to them to exchange it for new.... but no new purse is sent, just a merchandise credit which I specifically did not request. AT THIS POINT COACH IS NOT BETTER THAN *****!

      I purchased a handbag from a ***** retail store on vacation as a gift, however it ended up being the correct bad and there was no ***** store within 100 miles of my home. I contacted ***** and was assured I could send through mail with my receipt, which I did. It was delivered, however ***** refuses to provide a refund. The costumer services *** stated after delivery it was picked up as if I can help who picks things up from their facility. Will not purchase from ***** again.

      I never received a product I ordered. The item was misdelivered by ****. When i contacted Coach Outlet, they refused to provide a refund even after I filed a claim with **** and they said they could not find the package. So now Coach Outlet has my money and refuses to refund it. They offered a merchandise credit, which I dont need since the item I originally purchase was out of stock and there is absolutely nothing else on their website I want to purchase.

      A text was just sent this morning (8/18/24) containing a code that was already redeemed on (8/11/24). I tried to use the code, not knowing its the same exact code that was redeemed already. When I tried to submit the code, I received an error message stating that code is already redeemed. I reached out to HELLO and was told that I cannot use the same code I already used, which I had no idea they were the same code. I thought it was a new code since it was sent in a new text message to me. I was told by the Coach *** that I am confused but a code can only be redeemed once. Yes, I understand that. But they refused to understand that they were the ones that sent me a new text message to use the code, only later to find out, they tricked me into using the same code that Ive already redeemed! Then I was later told that since *** already redeemed this offer, I am not eligible to receive additional SMS promotions. I dont know that. I only know what I know when I get sent codes/promotions. I dont go out of my way to make a fuss about codes I know I have already used! I simply inquired about a code from a new text message that was sent to me to use! Dont talk to me like I am stupid! That is a terrible thing to point fingers at the customers for something that is ********************* fault!!

      Such a terrible and very disorganized company! I ordered a product and I was sent with something that was extremely different from what I ordered and not even a Coach product. I returned such incorrect product and later on received it back from Coach along with a letter that it is not eligible for return since it is not a Coach product (when it is the same exact product that they sent me in the first place). I later on received the correct product but was deceived by the Coach Outlet website as the product was only 1.5 inches platform while the website says 3 inches platform. I returned the product and later on received it back from Coach Outlet with a letter saying it is not eligible for return as it was not in a new or unused condition. The product was not even used as it is not the 3 inches platform that I wanted. Now they dont want to refund me unless I go to a physical store for an in-store manager to determine if the product will be accepted by them for a return. This has been going on for over a month and caused me so much stressed and wasted time. Coach Outlet should not be in business!

      We bought a handbag on the official website, but it was lost in the logistics. After applying for a claim, the merchant has not refunded us and always deceived us by saying that the refund will be made next week. However, it has been almost half a year and we still haven't received a solution.

      It has been a terrible experience with Coach outlet. They are disorganized and do not communicate within the company. The company owes me a refund. I returned a purse that arrived used and damage. One email says they are processing it. The other said they completed and provide inaccurate information about dates. The email responses change and there is no consistency. I dont recommend purchasing from this company.

      I can see that I'm wasting my time leaving this review, because many before me have done so and I'm dealing with the same issues as far as delays and customer service. Best thing we can all do is not to give our money to companies like this and spend it where you're treated with respect and dignity. The customer service was horrible too, it felt like I was talking to someone with no soul and didn't care about us or thier business. This was the last purchase ever for me.

      Placed order Black Friday purses never shipped in time they said when I got an email that they was a delay. Call twice to let them know they were Christmas gift and needed them by then. They said yes! Twice. Never got delivered on promises date called again saying they dont know when they will ship talked to a manager and he offered to send different bags at the price I paid the originals. Got shipping notification notice that the address was incorrect. Again called customer service got an incompetent rep that basically told me to know on the person door and demand I get the package. I told her I was not going to put my life in danger. At that point I had so much anxiety that I did not want to deal with them no more. My package was returned to sender so I call again and another rep said she was going to send them (after taking to 3 reps that refused to help or let me talk to a manager). I got the email that they were processing. Woke up the next day and to my surprise my order was canceled. I called again and I did get a manager that help and sent me an email saying my order was going to ship and I would get a confirmation email 12/11. Here we are 12/12 and not email no response form manager ***** ***************************** (name on email) Im left in limbo. **************** is horrible and I really dont want to keep calling so if anyone has a corporate number that would be great
