I ordered an expensive bra as a part of a Christmas gift for my wife. Before I even received the product, Lavinia Lingerie dropped the price of that product 50 percent. I have placed 4 phone calls, sent 2 emails and an online message over 4 days. No one has returned the calls nor contacted me. I am seeking a refund to my credit card of $44.50 which represents the amount of the price drop ($55.50 minus the 20 percent discount I bridge receive.)Initial Complaint

This company states they offer free returns and a 100 day money back guarantee. I made two separate purchases. Of the two, I did keep some items that fit, but returned the rest. I received two separate emails regarding the returns stating that they had been received and to expect a refund in 5-7 business days. Those emails were sent on 4/27/23 and 5/1/23. It is now 6/14/23 and I have not received the refunds owed in the amounts of $129 and $73. I have sent many emails and left many voice messages with the answering service, but have received no response.Customer response
