I live across the street from the former ******** which was located at ************************************ in Manhattan. Before covid I bought multiple spa service packages. When covid hit, I had $550 remaining on those packages. Shortly after covid started, the spa closed down. Many of my friends and I wanted our money back. There was no way to easily contact the owner. We all assumed they would reopen when covid subsides. The spa did reopen but seemingly under different ownership. It is now called the ***************. They are not fully honoring previous packages. I just wanted my money back. They gave me the number of the prior owner named ***** *************). ***** was very rude and said to just try and come after her. I cant imagine how many people they did this to. Other people in my building have complained that they were ripped off. Hoping there is something that you can do.Customer response

Better Business Bureau:
At this time, I have not been contacted by **** Spa regarding complaint ID ********.Please note that the agent for the prior owner of **** Spa is ***** and her phone number is ************. Her last name might be ****. From my internet research, she is also affiliated with **************** (** ************** in Brooklyn). The actual owner of both York and Sun might be *******************. It appears that ***** owns or owned the whole building where York Spa is located. That building easily might be worth over $20 million. If so, it was not right for them not to reimburse their clients for the spa packages that everyone bought. Hopefully you can help with all this.
