      Just received box today after opening box found several bugs in the bog bowl and container I think they were ticks immediately took box out side and killed I hope all of them.

      They make canceling INCREDIBLY difficult!!! Even if you cancel your card through your bank, they will find a way around it. Do not recommend

      The dog food is great, the customer service is management is poor. It doesnt make sense why I cant order their dog food in the quantity that I chose for my dog. They cant understand that I wanted to order 5 bags of 5 pounds each and keep trying to have me do a meal plan. They also dont do anything for having several dogs and discounts. Very poor management, could use a lot of improvement. At least they sell it at ***** and I can go through there instead. Sad

      I think their commercials are in bad taste!!! who would put a commercial where a dog burps. HOW GROSS CAN YOU GET!!!! And that song HAS GOT TO GO!!!! WHO WRITES YOUR Commercials ? A five year old??

      Ollie started off as a great company for me but their management has completely ruined it. I decided to rejoin after being offered a discount of 60% off to reorder which I thought wouldnt hurt! I called in because one of my dogs food what half the size of the rest. I was told that since he was listed as a pound lighter he should be eating equivalent to my miniature weiner dog who is 8 pounds lighter than him. The manager was very combative and degrading me for getting the food at a discount that their site religiously offers to rejoin! Faith even went as far as emailing me 3 days after not resolving the issue with my pup to comment on my utilization of the discount they offer. Do not take your poor website maintenance out on the consumer. If you didnt want me taking advantage of an offer to rejoin dont present it to me because there is no way Im going to pay 250 dollars for 6 weeks worth of dog food when I rather just make it myself.
