Rescheduled 3x and never delivered my meds. Lied about attempting delivery (I have cameras) and offered nothing to make up for me missing work to stay home to sign for an antibiotic. Im now sicker and having to wait another day to transfer the prescription to a place I can actually get my medicine from. Avoid at all costs!

I really like their delivery service. And it comes in a nice package.

WISH I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS! THEY ARE CROOKS AND LIARS AND NEVER DELIVER MEDICINE AFTER MAKING PEOPLE WAIT FOR DAYS!!! THEY PROBABLY STEAL THE MEDICINE AND SELL IT ON THE ***** MARKET!!!

This company can not be trusted to fill ADHD medication. I've been using them to deliver my ADHD meds (Concerta) for 3 years without a problem. Then at 5:30pm the night before I fly half way across the world to meet my future spouses family for the first time, and 2.5 hours before Capsule is supposed to deliver, I get a call from their pharmacist that they don't feel "comfortable" filling the dosage of medication my doctor prescribed me.This is a medication I've been taking for 25 years and a dosage I've been taking for 15 years prescribed by the same psychiatrist that's been seeing me for 15 years. I've had well over ******************************************** including who knows how many at Capsule. Yet this one Capsule pharmacist who does not know me or my medical history, arbitrarily decided it was "unsafe", so they wouldn't fill it.I'm now on one of the most important trips of my life without my daily medication I've been taking almost my entire life. Because one pharmacist at Capsule arbitrarily decided they knew better than a board certified psychiatrist and *************************************** what world is that good healthcare?Spoke to supervisors, they did nothing. Trust this company with your healthcare at your own risk. Other pharmacists may be a bit slower, but at least they won't s**** you over.

Capsule is fantastic for convenience and terrible for customer service. If all is going well, your medications appear at your door. HOwever if there is any glitch, which we all know life is full of, they are just terrible. THeir chat feature leaves you hanging, their CS on the phone leaves you on hold/disconnects, I have had them delivery refrigerated medications at the wrong time, no one was home, and they left it at the doorstep. Like I said, when it goes well it goes well, when it does not, it is awful.

3 separate times Ive had a courier make no actual attempt to deliver my prescription. 3 separate times has no one from customer service answered an email, chat request, or phone call. The prescription is for an anti-epileptic medication. This is an unacceptable way to run a pharmacy

Capsule has terrible customer service. The wait time to talk to a representative was excessive. The representative and supervisor were rude and ineffective. The prescription was not delivered after waiting all afternoon.

Selected delivery window two days in advance. Capsule was still unable to deliver my necessary medications. Waited all morning, no delivery, no justifiable excuse. Capsule was unwilling to do anything for me to make up for the inconvenience. All Capsule told me was I had to reschedule, and wait again. No accountability. Closing my account

Failed to deliver my medication 4 different times and delayed me starting my treatment by 5 days. While in my case, my condition worsened, it was not life-threatening. I can only imagine the danger this would cause for other patients. You cannot claim to be a prescription delivery service and fail to deliver prescriptions in a reliable and timely manner. Will not be using them going forward.
