              I found the website easy to use and check out was easy using my credit card. Communication was good keeping me updated with how my order was progressing, everything was pretty smooth and my Nikon Z7II camera came even faster than planned and was well packaged. ************ is now my preferred camera store for any photography equipment.

              Just wanted to compliment Willoughby's camera and the associates that I interacted with while purchasing a new Canon Rf ******mm f/2.8 lens for my camera.               My experience using Willoughby's camera has always been top notch. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I've made several online orders and the shipping is fast and the products are better than expected. Really love their online selection and the products displayed at their physical store.

              The product (Fuji XS20 camera) arrived within the promised period but I was not present to pick it up. My neighbor was more than generous to intervene before I lost it to a passersby. Website is a bit obsolete and may require some tweaks in future. I'd recommend them.

              The service was fantastic, I was able to pick a date for my Canon XA65 Camcorder to arrive, the postage price were reasonable, and the process was quick and clean. They emailed me every step of the way, and the camcorder arrived in perfect condition, packaged well in a beautiful box with instructions.I am already planning my next purchase with them and am constantly checking if the prices are the same or better.

              I recently made a purchase from Willoughby's camera. The Nikon Z50 camera I ordered was delivered within 2 days for a reasonable price. During the order process everything was clear and easy to understand and prices were explained well. The camera was well packaged upon arrival. All in all I was impressed and have added them to the list of my preferred store.
