      I bought an ounce of gold on August 11 for the amount of $2056.36 and but they did not send me anything so I decided to call but it turns out that the purchase was because I used a PO Box and it did not proceed and they do not want to return my money.I request a full refund of my money order number is **********

      Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

      we have been communicating with the customer back and forth regarding his PO Box which he has put as a shipping address when placing the order.  We were informing him that we only accept physical addresses for delivery. After it turned out that the customer is not able to submit a physical address we were reviewing the issue of refunding the money to him. Reason for the internal review is that we were target of several unjustified chargeback attempts in the past months where orders were placed, we delivered and then chargebacks were done without any reason, resulting in losses on our side resp. extended paperwork to prove that we did everything right and that these chargebacks were unjustified.

      Based on this experience we decided to ask our payment service provider how to proceed in this case in order to avoid any risk of a further unjustified chargeback. We asked them for a meeting and it took place on 09/20. The payment service provider advised to refund the money. Immeditately upon getting this information and informing our Management we refunded the money to the customer. See attached refund receipt.
