      I have account in Landa, they have suspended my account and I have reached customer service to unlock my account. They never unlocked and always provided excuses about working on my account. I have over $2500 invested and I cannot access it. They seem to be scamming and not allowing me to access my account. I have sent about 100 emails to customer care and they seem to reply saying we are working on it and no action is taken on my account until now. Additionally they have been cheating many customers as per Reddit, I believe something is not right about that platform and immediate actions should be taken to stop them so that new users do not get cheated.

      I moved in a Landa app property in 10/2022. I had to move out 06/4/2024 due to them losing the home in forclosure. They didnt notify me or anything. I found out the day the bank showed up to put me and my children out. I have requested for them to send my security deposit of $1499 since June and they have not returned it yet and they have stopped replying to me after telling me they would give it back. I had to find somewhere for me and my 3 children to go with no family in this state. I am so hurt by their actions and to add insult to injury they sent me a lease renewal for the same property last week that they do not own. I just want my money back.

      They are not in touch with me I have sent them several emails no reply in a month. I had to request a maintenance (for my $1500) as if I still live there. It has been 120 days since I had to move. Still no return of my deposit. What type of issue last that long??? I have been very patient considering I moved out and cleaned and gave the keys to the bank. And on top of all of this the company had the nerves to send me a lease renewal for THE SAME PROPERTY THEY NO LONGER OWN!!! This company is very much a scam. I have included the lease renewal sent to me. Mind you its not a 4 bedroom either as the renewal has. I would advise people to run far away from this company and their affiliates that they change the name to. Please do your research on them. I wish I didnt trust them to began with.

      We have reviewed your account and understand that youve been unable to withdraw the $29.51 from your Landa account and close your account. Upon investigating, we found that your bank account is not yet verified, which is why your withdrawal attempts have not gone through.

      To verify your bank connection, please follow these steps:

      1. Log into your account and navigate to the bank connection page.
      2.Your bank account details should be connected but needs to be verified. 
      3. Within a few days, you will receive micro-deposits in your bank account.
      4. Once you receive those deposits, go back to your bank connection page and enter the deposit amounts to verify your bank account.

      After verifying your bank account, youll be able to withdraw the funds from your cash account.

      Regarding closing your account, please note that in order to do so, you will need to sell all of your shares and withdraw your funds. However, some of the properties you currently hold are still in the *** phase, and as such, you will not be able to sell those shares until the *** is complete.

      It's important to note that there is no guarantee that a property will move into trading, and this is clearly disclosed throughout the order process and in our product offering materials. My experience with their customer support has been extremely frustrating and unsatisfactory.I had an old account with **********************, but I lost access to it because I lost my phone and do not remember the associated password or email. Additionally, I no longer have access to the phone number linked to the account. Given these circumstances, I attempted to create a new account. However, **********************'s system does not allow for multiple active accounts using the same social security number. As my old account remains active, I cannot proceed with creating a new one.Landa Holdings lacks an automated verification system commonly used by other companies, where users can scan their ID or social security card to regain account access. Instead, they offer ****** Meet calls for verification. However, despite scheduling multiple verification calls, Landa's team has failed to join the meetings.Furthermore, my attempts to reach Landas customer support via email have been met with unacceptable delays. I have emailed them over 10 times regarding this issue, and their responses take weeks.This lack of effective customer support and verification methods is unacceptable. I urge the BBB to intervene and compel Landa Holdings to implement an automated verification system to improve their customer service and allow users like myself to regain access to our accounts efficiently.Thank you for your assistance in this matter.Sincerely,

      I have had the Landa app for going on three years now, I tried it and invested in a property in *** after all this time and investing $1,400 I have made $40 in two years. I can not stop the app or withdraw my money because the property is still in IPO, for going on three years. I just want to withdraw my money Landa can keep the $40 and I do not care about any amount of penalty that is how much I do not like this app. I have contacted them numerous times to which they have not helped me. I guess I will not be able to withdraw my money till the year 2030 when it is no longer in IPO. The worse investment app EVER.

      I Pernikco ******* entered a lease agreement with Landa on **** 01, 2022 for the home located at ****************************************************************. We chose not to renew the lease for **** 01,2024. Landa was notified that we would be vacating the property. We were completely moved out of the unit as required. We were advised that our deposit would be refunded within 31 days after move out. As of July 17, 2024 we have not received the refund. We have over 60 emails that we have sent to Landa about the deposit refund, the last response we were advised that management has been notified to refund our deposit and as requested our phone number was forwarded to them. Landa is no longer responding to our emails and we are unable to contact via phone call. We feel like they are scamming us by not returning our deposit
