This company has held my funds for some time now. I joined this with the hopes of making money using this business. One last year I logged in to make a withdrawal and found out that my account had been suspended. This action made no sense because throughout the months I ve withdrawn very small sums of money earn and now they're saying that they can't verify my account which makes not a bit of sense. If others are involved in this scam please reach out that we can for a class action against bad practices taking place.Review from brandon s

I havr the same issues as others have described a total waste of time and money * and very confusing app just constantly losing money on units ?? This company is not truthful. I was served paperwork from a lawyer with a notice to vacate premises due to non-payment. I found out the house was foreclosed and sold on June 4th at the courthouse. The lawyer told me I was the FOURTH person to call that was a tenant with Landa. Obviously they were not paying the bills. I was not informed that the house was actively in foreclosure nor was I ever late paying the rent despite the $500 increase. I had lived at the address almost 4 years. I have emailed numerous times about getting my deposit refunded and I am getting the run around. It seems legal action has to be taken at this point. There is no one to call. All communication is via email. This is ridiculous and greedy behavior.Review from Lastacia G

I rented through landa for almost 2 years. The rental was put into foreclosure and landa did not give me a heads up. They stopped owing the home on June 4th, but I paid my rent for ***** I have asked for my deposit back plus June rent. I still have yet to get my funds returned. They do not have a phone number you can call to speak to management. You can only talk to them through email. I will now have to speak with a a lawyer because thats the only way I may get my money back. This has been a complete nightmare dealing with this company.Review from Daniel T

**************** no longer responds. They take your money and I have at least 1 property that has not had any return. Glitch with app, where I cant view that property. Theres been no financial records provided for 2023 or 2024 also. I want all of my money back thats been invested.

The app issue causing crashes when viewing a property has been resolved. We also have a web platform available if you encounter issues with the mobile app.
For tax documents, you may receive them if you earned more than $10 in dividends from any property and sold shares in the previous calendar year.
To withdraw your investment, you must first sell all shares within the app and then withdraw your funds from your Landa account. Please note that shares in IPO-stage properties cannot be traded until all available shares are sold.

This app should have a lawsuit coming at them soon for the way they lie and steal from individuals. Please be advised, any money you deposit into this app YOU WILL NEVER SEE AGAIN. They will NEVER let you withdrawal funds. I have had 1 pending withdrawal for $8.51 for over 90 days now and they STILL have not approved it. Unless you plan to literally never see your money again and not even be able to withdrawal your dividends - dont waist your money, time, or efforts with this disgraceful app. Even bbb.org gives them 1 star, a B rating, and wont even accredit them because Landa is poised to be a legitimate Ponzi scheme.Landa Response
