Please accept this as *** ******************** Gross Skincares response to the BBBs October 16th letter. *** ******************** Gross Skincare takes consumer concerns and satisfaction seriously. We have no record of receiving any complaint by *** ******** and the nature of the complaint is unclear based on the limited information provided. In response to the BBBs letter, we attempted to contact *** ******** We reached out on 10/25/24 and 10/29/24 via telephone and have left voice mail messages. We also reached out via email on 10/25/24 using the contact information provided to the BBB by the consumer. As of 11/7/24, *** ******* has responded via phone. Were happy to confirm we have resolved this matter to the clients full satisfaction.

I have been trying to get the companyy to replace a faulty device for some time. This mask stopped working 1 month after purchase . At that time the warranty was in place. It was purchases April 15 2021Initial Complaint

I moved from **************************************************** to *********************************************************************** January 1, 2021. A change of address of given to the post office. I placed ONE order and recieved ONE order. Their system generated a SECOND order, charged me for a SECOND order that I NEVER recieved. I have been trying to speak to someone for months and I keep getting the run around. I've sent emails, tried online chat and attempted multiple calls. No one answers and I continue to get a generic response that saying; thank you for inquiry and we're looking into the matter. Its been 6 months.....below are the order numbers. I'd like my money back. I can show you the amounts deducted from my bank account which I've sent to them as well. I have made several attempts to contact this merchant via email and phone to no avail. I have a product that is no longer working but under warranty (have proof of purchase.) I was going to ask for a replacement however due to most horrible/lack of customer service I want a refund. I refuse to support a company who doesnt care about their customers.Customer response

I purchased a retinol eye cream that resulted in my eye lids swelling and turning red with oozing fluid. I emailed the company Dennis gross for a refund and I did not hear back .
