We paid a fee for the service and no service was delivered. At the beginning of the agreement there was communication. However, communication ceased soon after we inquired of the work that was being done on their end because we had not heard anything. We received a response stating they were picking up the pace and would get back to us in a couple of weeks. This was the last we heard from them. We have been trying to get a hold of them for the past year to no success. Any attempt we have made to request a refund has not been successful because the emails bounce back.Initial Complaint

This company is a complete scam. We entered into an agreement with this company in May of 2022 for the services of connecting our company with distribution services. We paid what was supposed to be a returnable deposit of $5000 for future commissions based on sales through their network. Once the money was received the company no longer answered phone calls or emails and completely went silent. We have received no services and there appears to be no way to get our contractually guaranteed repayment of our deposit.Initial Complaint

********************* represented Premierco LLC, which is the latest iteration of this business (other company names have been Premier Food Distribution, PremierDSD, Premier Snack Distributors) . After 6monhts of receiving not a single lead, nor feedback we informed the company that they are in material breach of the agreed contract (which requires Premier Distribution to provide timely feedback on all sales activities). We gave them 10 days to remedy the situation per the agreement, but after 10 days, they have cancelled their email addresses and closed their phone lines. **** is now impossible to contact. We have filed complaint with the **** ******** business services and LinkedIn. The company took our $5000 deposit and returned no services whatsoever.Customer response
