      This is the worst company to order from! I ordered the first time and will never do it again! Their prices are so hiked up ! Then, they sell them at 70% off as final sale ! I ordered shirt in Medium and pants in small based on their size guide ! I received shirt in medium but looks like extra large and small pants are too long ! Their customer service number does not accept calls and disconnects after recording asking customers to write to customer service! I wrote six times back and forth but they refused to return or offer any alternate resolution ! When I asked to escalate to a manager, they stopped responding! Now I am stuck with a $100 outfit that is of no use to me ! I am so dissatisfied and disappointed at the way this company has handled my issue ! Will never shop with them again and word of mouth will spread this experience!

      Insane shipping delays.. merchandise took almost 2 weeks to ship, returned my products via return shipping which is NOT disclosed on their website that it is not free. Even through it was their fault the original shipping took too long. Returned the products as soon as I received them over 10 business days ago. When following up with them regarding status of my refund they advised returns are processed within **** days. Where is my money?? Extremely frustrating that you charged me weeks before my order shipped yet when I called to cancel the order it was too late but you took your sweet time shipping and now youre taking your sweet time to return my money that youve been holding onto for over a month at this point. I will never order from or support this company again.

      This company does not stand behind the products they are selling. I purchase several items based on the size chart the company provided. The items I received are two sizes too big. I called, not chance on getting anyone on the phone. So I emailed requesting a return authorization, only to be told the items are not returnable. I requested an exchange for smaller sizes, I received the same generic reply that the items are not returnable. Is the company's fault for misrepresenting the items, for not standing behind the merchandise they are selling, and for having such poor customer service.I will never purchase anything from this company. I encourage all reading this review to do the same. It will save a lot of aggravation.

      I made an online purchase on October 1st with expedited shipping(2-3 day). Its now October 8th and my order has still not shipped. I sent two emails to customer service to ask for the status and also cancel order but have yet to receive any responses. The worst service or lack of service. I wish I wouldve read reviews before ordering. This is a $400 purchase, have not receive anything and no refund of my money. I cant even file a dispute with my bank because the order is still processing.

      I am a long time bcbgmaxazria customer for over 10 years. I recently bought two dresses, one top, and one belt all in the same size. (******) The day I received these items, one dress fits two size too big. So I took pictures and emailed them. Offered to buy two more dresses at double the price in exchange for this one dress that is too big. No, the supervisor ***** ID **** said because it was a final sale, therefore, no exchange no return. I just cannot believe employee like **** who was not helping the company to make more money would be allowed to be a supervisor. She is costing the company a good customer.

      I purchased 2 pairs of pants on their website. One pair got cancelled a day after my order was placed, so I was expecting only one. When it arrived, the size Large that I ordered, was way too big for me. All I wanted to do, was purchase the Medium size and return the Large. Apparently the pants were "final sale". They had a promotion extra 20% with special code on already sale items. The "sale" pants were at 19% if that's even a sale? They were originally $228 and "on sale" for $184. THEN extra 20% off with the code they had on their site which made them $150.53 with taxes. Now mind you, they don't have any physical stores, BUT you cannot return anything, NOR can you get merchandise credit. Is that even legal? The customer service person said that that's why they have posted measurements on their website so I can measure myself. Seriously??? What kind of business model is that? They're not selling $30 items. So, now I am left with these Large size pants and have no use for them. Makes no sense. But they were able to refund the other pair because they probably didn't have it in stock. So obviously, those other pants were "final sale" and ok for BCBG to refund when it works for them, but not ok if I am just asking for merchandise credit. Is it worth it for the company to do this to lose customers? I am having a hard time understanding this concept of business.

      I purchased a shirt at full price. The shirt went half off a week later. Reached out to the company immediately to return the original shirt which was NEVER a final sale. They never responded or reached out for a price adjustment or to further guide me on how to return the shirt. When I finally got in touch with someone weeks later, they were not helpful at all and did not work with me, I explained to the representative that the original shirt was not a final sale and I would like to return it. He did not want to help me. This company is not about putting customers first and only cares about making money.
