I wish I read the reviews before placing an order. I order a new phone case on October 30th with standard shipping which said 2-3 business days. I reached out to the company a week after I placed the order bc the only notification I got was “order placed” and someone got back to me stating they sent an email saying there was a delay in the getting the product (NEVER received any email regarding that, I checked every folder) and they finally got back saying they’re shipping it. 3 days later, no movement. When I do get this case it better be perfect. I will NEVER order from this company again and encourage others to do the same. Better companies with better customer service and products out there.Review from Krissy S

I ordered a mag case and ring clip for my new phone and I never received it. The package tracking information says it was delivered but I never got it. I have no issues with any of my other online orders ever! Not only did it take 3+ weeks to be so called delivered, but customer service is giving me the run around and seems to be just dragging me along with no resolve, probably hoping I go away. They definitely scammed me out of $75 and I have nothing to show for it. All I am being told is it’s being investigated?? They won’t refund me or even send a replacement? That’s how I know it’s a scam. Please do not order anything from them.Review from Kory V

Terrible products, and horrible customer service. I ordered 2 battery cases from this company and they have both already broke inside the charging port where you insert your lightning cable for iPhone. I have been emailing the customer service for weeks now with no response, and also tried calling them. When you call you instantly get a voicemail to leave a message which they do not respond to either. Very unsatisfied with this companyReview from Richelle L

Horrible case- sparkles & is cute- doesn’t protect phone- at all. Wristlet strap- sparkles & is cute but the circle ring that attaches to the carabiner type clip already stretched & detached- isnt strong enough to hold weight of the case. The ‘fishing line’ the beads are threaded on is stretching & would break as well if I was still using. Less than a month of use- have replaced the screen protector twice bc the case doesn’t protect from falls at all. 1 fall was less than 1 foot from dresser top into top drawer- screen cracked. Way too much $$ for shoddy product. Pretty product but other than that- junkReview from Sarah H

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Their products are TRASH! Absolute JUNK! The mag safe rings lose gems within days and the rings themselves become loose and useless for a “kickstand” or to use as a finger holder. Their customer service is despicable also. Worst experience I have ever had with buying a product online! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!Review from Nicole G

Product failed within a week of receiving and company would not replace it or refund money. I provided pictures and videos as requested and then Luxy stopped responding to any of my emails.Review from Lisa M

I ordered a charging case and screen protector on March 15th. The product says delivered but it was not. I have left tons of voicemails and sent multiple emails. no one will contact me to attempt to even make this right. Luxy Lemon will not stand behind their products. They have the worse customer service ever. The only reason I gave them one star, is because I had to.Review from Shelby B

Customer service is literally IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of. Charging phone case stopped working after a few months of use. I’ve been trying for weeks to get in touch with someone from the company.
