They were only reliable our first service call, we paid them the service fee and decided to have them come back and complete the repair since the $75 7/19 will go towards the total cost. They we're unreliable to show up, kept saying car issues at the very end of the arrival window time and either didnt show up or were very late when relaying I had obligations at certain times. They did not fix the issue after paying them $344.28 on 7/29 as when we opened the fridge later it was doing the exact same thing, so clearly no new part was added. We have a warranty so called and texted them to let them know what they did didnt work, no response. Called the next open day 8/1 got an arrival time between 2-5, 5:05 comes around and I get a text they are having MORE truck issues, I told them we need to get this repaired today or we need a refund...since this is the 3rd time I've gotten stood up by them. No response, tried calling the office, went to voicemail. Requested a refund and still no response or reply. I call today 8/4 and it would get one ring go to voicemail, call again two rings go to VM. Called off of my sons phone and guess who answered? Claiming she hasn't received any calls before this one and that she would need to leave a message about getting a refund (it's just her and her boyfriend Kourtney B**** and Joey G*****) start questioning them about the business and telling them I need to speak with someone higher up because I'm pretty sure they'd like to know what's going on with their business and don't want to have to go to small claims. She then tells me if I'm going to threaten her than they'll refuse service and hang up And that's what she did and turned the phone off or blocked my number. I most definitely don't want service, just my money back for being scammed. We have lost money from having to throw away groceries and buying ice bags since we’re living out of a cooler for a family of 5.
