Constellation apparently sent a spam letter to opt out of there services, because I did not respond. They took the initiative to hike themselves onto my *** services and claimed that they are a program the ***** ** residents. Ever-increasing they presented ony bill, I've seen nothing but increases. My boll has doubled over the last Fer months. When I contacted there office they proceeded to state that all cost are up to justify there actions. I proceeded at that point had them removed from my bill that I never gave permission for them to hike on to. I currently received another bill from *** with a final (hopefully) bill to remove them. As of right now my budget billing with *** is $285 plus an agreement for back charges of $85 monthly. Constellation is charging an additional $300ish making my total charges almost $700. I'm going to pay *** but not Constellation. I'm requesting that they reimburse all charges that they weren't given permission to receive and for them to remove me from whatever list they have me on. Lastly, I think this company is out of there minds to think they can abuse consumers for there own satisfaction. Sincerely ****
