Purchased 10 pair of Size Men's 11 socks. I buy them one size larger than I need. When first used they are tiny!!!! Probably Size 9. Another Company of liars!!!!!!!!!!- ***** in Mass.Review from Heather A

I placed an order on April 2nd for 8 pairs of socks for Easter. A week before Easter had no indication that my order had been processed or mailed. I sent an email with a response that the company was having shipping issues and Id receive an email with tracking when order was out for delivery. I waited until after Easter to start contacting company through email about my order since I still had not received a tracking number. I sent about 3 emails without any response from the company. About a week ago I reviewed socks in the mail BUT NOT my full order. I only got part of what I ordered. Not to mention the sock sizes DO NOT match/fit the shoe size. They run smaller than your actual shoe size.Review from Julie M

After a ******** post, I placed an ordered at https://Kane11.com on March 28, 2022 for four (4) pairs of socks. On March 29, 2022, Kane11 charged my credit card $21.91 for the purchase. On April 26, 2022, I cancelled my order since I received no email confirmation, communication or received the purchase in the mail. On June 10, 2022 I received the order that I cancelled. After confirming that I had not received a credit from Kane11, I went to the website https://kane11.com only to find the website is no longer active. This website and company is a scam.Review from Craig M

We had given up on our order and ****** refunded our payment. Today the socks arrived in the mail! I guess the supply chain problems really hurt them. I requested ****** send the money back to them. The complete order was in excellent condition. I feel bad for everyone involvedReview from Paul D.

it is now 5-26-2022 my order was placed on 3-25-2022. You took my **** payment of $50.11 and said you would email me when it was sent. I'm still waiting for that email and or shippment of my order.. ORDER ******** My next option is to contact **** and dispute my payment to you, contact the BBB, and my attorney. the ball is your court.Saying i'm unsatiffied customer s an understement.Review from Deanie D

I placed an order for 5 pair of socks from Kane 11 socks on April 1, 2022 for $32.60. I never received the order and emailed the company that I would like a refund. Their store was closed and website was down. They claimed all orders that were placed would be filled. That was not true. Ordered socks on April 2, 2022. Got an email confirming my order and my payment. On April 21, 2022 I went into their website only to find it didn't exist anymore. I then emailed them asking about my order since I had not received it. No reply. Emailed them again on April 26, 2022, still no reply. Filed a dispute with my bank to get my money back. I ordered on 3/20 and received tracking number On 3/30 I checked tracking status several times & said on its way On 4/22 the tracking status says no such number valid I emailed asking about my order - No response I opened claim with *** *** May 3 & still no response or product from Kane11 Today is May 16 - still NOTHING I would give ZERO stars if I could
