We had our wedding 7/24/22 and have tried to resolve amicably since that time. Air conditioning was not working and very hot. We also paid 250 extra which we are seeking reimbursement to have earlier access to facility. Bathrooms and floors were filthy. We were promised a bride attendant who didnt show earlier do they made a waitress do that job along with being a waitress. Every phone call we are promised some type of reimbursement but never get closure. Finally got accounting manager to call us back who was empathetic and alluded there would be closure. Asking for full reimbursement of ****** at this point for the issues on a 18K wedding.Customer response

At this time, I have not been contacted by Lombardi's On The Bay regarding complaint ID ********.We are very disappointed as we didnt ask for much. The owner hasnt had the courtesy to contact us either.
