I placed and order on dashing diva website , never got any confirmation of the order but I see the money come out of my account. I log in my dashing diva account I made and they claim no order exists. Yet the money for the order was taken and I did not receive any items. I want my money back since nothing was received. How are they still open because this has happened many times and no one responds and they keep the money. This is fraudInitial Complaint

I placed an order (#*******), spending $95.04 for multiple sets of nail strips. I recently used the Prisma Trance nail strips and within 24 hours, all 4 of the strips with foil flecks in them came off my nails. With claims of lasting 2 weeks, this was clearly not the case with these. I reached out the day after applying them, 11/19/23. I received an auto responder stating Id receive a response within **** business days. That had not happened. I have since followed up 2 more times and still have gotten no response. I have since also tried leaving a review on the product page twice and neither review has been posted. Im looking for a full refund for this faulty set of nail strips.Customer response

I bought 4 sets of press on nails from Dashing Diva on November 26, 2022. On November 29, 2022, I received an email stating that my order was on the way and was given a tracking number. As of today, December 13, 2022, I have not received my order. When I check the tracking number it states that a shipping label was created and **** is awaiting the order from the vendor. I wrote two emails to the vendor and have not received a reply. These were supposed to be Christmas presents, but I am more upset that I have already been billed and have not received my shipment. I would either want a complete refund or my for my order to be fulfilled before Christmas.Customer response

Placed an order on-line with Dashing Diva on November 27, 2022. I received a tracking number for **** on November 29, 2022 but as of today (Dec. 9th) they have not received my order. I have reached out to Dashing Diva as directed on their website. The response I received was that they will respond in **** days. Not acceptable! I have looked on-line for a phone number to call... No number available. I went on their ******** page and sent a message. As soon as I explained why I was contacting them the communication stopped. I also saw that there are a lot of others saying they had placed orders and have waited up to 2 months with no reply and no refund. This is unacceptable business practice.Customer response

I ordered on November 16, 2022. Order number ******. I ordered 2 sets of nail strips and 1 starter kit, my order came with a free lamp also. I received my order on the 19th of November, the package only included the free lamp and the 2 sets of nail strips, the starter kit was not included. The packing slip said HLD next to the starter kit. I emailed the company the same day, the 19th, and asked when I would be receiving the rest of the package because on their website, under my account it said my order was fulfilled. They said they were running behind on answering emails but would be getting back to me. After over a week I still hadn't gotten a response so I messaged their ******** page, I got a generic response that said they'd contact me. It's been over a week and no response, other customers are having the same issues I'm having. There is speculation that it's because they're switching to a MLM model. I want what I paid for or I'd like a refund.Customer response

I purchased two glaze nail sets from the Dashing Diva website on 11/12 - ORD # ******. On 11/14 I got the email that they shipped with **** On 11/17 I responded asking why the order showed that it hadn't left the warehouse and only a label was made. On 11/19 Dashing diva started sending auto emails asking me to review my completed order, but again, the order never shipped and I never recieved it. I went online and tried to cancel the order last week, but it shows completed. I keep getting emails to review my order, but no one has contact me back about it not shipping out. I have sent various emails and always get an auto response from them that says they will try to reach out in a few business days. Tracking number they gave me was **********************Customer response
