I took my 2007 ***** *** to Warren Tire Service for an alignment on 10/7/21 I mentioned to the mechanic that it seemed to pull/wander to the right. He said nothing that he saw would indicate that. 'Maybe you have a bad cord' I asked how far it was off and he said "Not very much" He did not test drive it. It still pulled/wandered to the right after the alignment. i swapped the front tires around. No difference. I brought it back to Warren Tire on 11/17/21 for them to drive it. The salesperson Mr. F said that it needs front struts and sway bar end links for $1200 Plus another alignment. $89.95 The next day I called the headquarters in Queensbury NY I spoke with the General Manger Eric. He said that they should not have done the alignment without the new parts. Eric credited my card. I am very mechanically inclined and I decided to replace all 4 struts and sway bar end links. I replaced the struts and links on 11/24/2021 While it was on my lift i noticed that the tie rod ends were rusted, dry and showed no signs of a wrench being on them recently or any penetrating oil. The alignment nuts at the back of vehicle were rusted and covered with undercoating tar, showing no signs of oil or a wrench being on them either. I called Warren Tire Friday 11/26 Eric said that for an alignment to be done, something would have to be moved. maybe only 1/4'' I agreed with that, but I told him that nothing appears to have been touched with a wrench. Eric said to send him pictures and video and he would get the alignment printout and get back to me. 12/1 Still waiting. 11/26 at 230pm I had an appointment at ****** in Herkimer NY. I had them look at alignment hardware 1st. The Manger **** noted what they found on my bill {NOTHING WAS ADJUSTED. UNDERCOATING WAS ON BOLTS.} They adjusted the toe. Now it goes down the road straight. Thank you, ******,
