I was an Impact Earth customer from July 2021 until July 2023. They were supposed to provide me with weekly compost service. Their service became very inconsistent during the second year of servicing my address. I had to repeatedly call because of missed compost pick ups. They would usually just say that they would try to get it the next week or that I could drive it someplace to drop it off. I requested to see a written contract showing the terms of service and their policies regarding missed pick-ups, but the manager, Elias P*****, repeatedly ignored my requests. They finally agreed to issue refunds for each week that the service was missed completely. They said that I would receive a check after my subscription ended. I am owed $20. They have ignored repeated calls and emails from me regarding getting my $20. I have an email from Elias P***** from December of 2022 stating that I would be issued a refund for the weeks missed. All I want is my $20, so I don’t know why they are completely ignoring me and treating a customer who was loyal for two years this way.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Hello, I want to update my report for complaint ********. I heard back from the business and they said they are now processing the refund that they owe me. The issue is now resolved. Thanks, ******* Regards, ******* *******
