I purchased a Bluetooth photo printer which broke. I then purchased a second item of the same model and it came damaged so it was replaced by ****** with no questions. This replacement again broke. I decided to contact the source directly and was asked to send the printer back for a replacement or compensation. I did so with a prepaid label that was emailed to me. I sent it back along with approximately $40 worth of cartridges and paper and I have heard nothing since even with multiple follow ups on my part. I would like a refund to purchase a new product from a different manufacturer. I have attached an email correspondence from a Kodak associate.Business response

Severely unhappy with this service. There are many options to choose for services on digitizing old DVDs and I decided to go through with Kodak. There website advertises a turn around time of 6-8 weeks. I sent my box in with two tapes in late February and from March 9th I started receiving weekly updates on the status of my order. As of April 27th I have not received any more emails. From reading other complaints on this website many people are complaining about the false advertisement on the website. If they are short staffed, if they are receiving lots of orders, if a nearby holiday is affecting them, or whatever their reason for a delay is, I just cannot wrap my mind around why that would not be advertised on the website? I emailed customer service and they said my order will take 8-9 more weeks. If this is the case why would they not tell me this once my order got to the digitizing process? As a paying customer they should be catering to me and keeping me updated at every turn. I would have never went though with Kodak if it meant my order would take a HALF A YEAR to complete. That is absolutely absurd. I am worried sick about the status of my parents wedding DVDs in that facility. They got married in the 80s and all they have to show for it is the two tapes of the wedding. I am disgusted and unhappy to say the least. This is screaming false advertising from every angle.Business response

Customer's concern was raised to Kodak Digitizing Box, who provides this service. Note: this is not Eastman Kodak Company. It's a brand license partner. Despite the fact that the customer's service was still within the promised return time of 10-12 weeks (it was sent in 9 weeks ago), they have put a rush on her order and are completing it early.
