The only real issue I have had is the lights always stop working! Once In a while I will be late on. Payments but only by a couple days! They Will threaten to come take your vehicle if not paid by the due date! Also I paid half of my car payment this month and they still threaten to come take it the place is a real damn joke please no one ever go to this place there every rude and just do mot care my husband is the one that got the loan for the car!! I swear there racist to!

Worst dealer I have ever felt with. I purchased a car and within the first week I started having issues with it. I brought the car back in and they said it was fixed. Same issue 2 days later so car was again brought back. They kept the car for a week so I had no vehicle. I was told again that everything was fixed. A few days later the car started severely overheating. I called the dealer and they literally refused to take the vehicle stating it was past warranty! Issues from day 2 of having the vehicle and they never fixed it. The kicked me to the curb and told me it was my problem. Absolutely horrible business and something should be done about the way these people are.

Honestly if I could give this place a 0 star rating I would. I was extremely desperate to have a vehicle as I am a mother of two and need to commute to work in order to provide for my family. I purchased a *** ******* from them in November of 2020, and it has cost me WAY MORE than the car is worth!! They take advantage of people who are already struggling, and it is absolutely despicable. Anyways, about 3 months or so after having the car, my alternator was shot, and my power steering went all at once. Well I took it to a shop that I trust, because lets face it why would I take a car BACK to the place who sent it through inspection and "passed it," well come to find out that it did not have a heat shield on the catalytic converter and everything including the oil pan was completely burnt out. That visit alone cost me almost $7,000.00..... along with also finding out that there is blow-by in the engine as well..... and it has been in the shop about 3 times since then as well with electrical issues, along with needing a new battery within a year of owning it, the frame is rotting out.... which does not seem right to me..... I have now put in as much work as the LOAN amount..... I am no where near being able to get out from under this either! They do little to NOTHING to help or show any sort of empathy towards their customers. They seriously should be shut down for how they handle business.... of course because I refuse to pay bills late I continue to give them money but once I am out from under this I will NEVER refer anyone nor give them another dime!
