      Good morning better Business bureau. I purchased two bottles of solgar flaxseed oil. Bottles were rancid. Taste awful. Made several phone calls got nowhere. Please help me get my two bottles of solgar flaxseed oil replaced from ******. Waited a half an hour twice for customer service representative. One of them answer the phone and didn't know what to do with me. Call back waited 35 minutes. I don't know what's happened to this company. I'm getting nowhere calling the phone number on the bottle. I've appreciate your assistance as I've come to Wit's end. Thank you

      Yes, on May 22, 2024 I sent a letter with (2) bottles of Natures Bounty products via the US postal service ground advantage tracking service. The postal service indicates these items were received by Natures Bounty on May 25, 2024 at 9:06 am (Tracking Number: **** **** **** **** **** **). This correspondence was to address that my (2) recent purchases of their products from ******* store were not opened or used because both products were past the expiration dates (one bottle showed Exp of 05/21 and the other Exp of 11/20). I explain the details of this situation in my formal letter which I have attached. Also attached are the photos of the (2) bottles I returned to them with the name of the vitamin, the *** code and Label showing the Expiration dates I alluded to. I was seeking a refund of the costs I paid for the product and/or product replacements since I still had not heard back from *******'s Executive staff in ***********, **.

      On July ******* I received a message through the BBB portal telling me that the company I had contacted your organization about, Nature's Bounty, had provided a final response. The final response from Nature's Bounty was an apology and acknowledgement that they would be issuing me a refund for $37.99 and I should be receiving the check within (3) weeks. It has now been almost (6) weeks and I still have not received the refund check as promised in their stated response through the BBB portal.  

      I am requesting your aid in this matter per your directions should I have any further issues regarding this matter.  Was not sure if I needed to open up a new complaint or just contact you with this case number (********), as your review of the file will clearly show the company indicated that a refund check had been sent for $37.99 and that I should receive it within (3) weeks from July 15, 2024.

      Your time and efforts on my behalf on following up with Nature's Bounty regarding their promised action in their response to your organization is sincerely appreciated.

      I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the handling of my recent order placed on Puritans Pride website, I took advantage of advertised discount on Q-SORB Co Q-10 200 mg and successfully completed my purchase.However, without any prior notification, my order was abruptly canceled. I later learned that the cancellation was due to a pricing error on the website. What further aggravated the situation was the complete lack of communication from Puritans Pride side regarding this cancellation. I did not receive any emails or notifications explaining the cancellation or offering an alternative solution.As a customer, I find this behavior unprofessional and lacking in integrity. It is my understanding that once a transaction is completed and confirmed, it is a binding agreement between the buyer and the seller. Puritans Pride failure to honor this agreement and the subsequent lack of communication are highly disappointing.

      Im a faithful customer of the Vita Globe Biotin **** mcg Gummies and I normally get them at my local family dollar located at ****************************************************. And I went in yesterday to purchase said gummies and I noticed that the expire date was *** of 2023. I told the cashier about it and she thanked me and said that she will get the rest of them off the shelf. And she took the one I showed her away from me. I went in today feb09 **** and I brought it thinking that they were updated but they still have the same expiration date of *** 2023.

      We have been purchasing mail order vitamins from Puritan's Pride for over 20 years and during September mailed in a check with our order# **********. Due to out of stock items we were to receive a refund of $226.56. After a couple phone calls they assured us a check was mailed in October but never received the check. During our numerous calls in November, they said they need to trace the check prior to resending a check or issuing store credit. We are retired and on a fixed income but this company continue to make excuses on why they can't refund our money. Even the **************** Supervisors do not take ownership of this issue and fail to follow-up with us by phone leaving us to call back every week with no resolution. Ideally, we would like them to overnight a refund check so we can purchase vitamins from a more customer focused company. During my recent calls I have even suggested them giving us store credit so we can at least order the vitamins we need which they say is not possible because they haven't completed tracking the first check. We are not going on 3 months without a resolution and hope BBB can intercede on our behalf.
