On June 8 2020 I paid for my pool that I got from Island recreation.I received my salt generator system with a broken flow sensor (the wire was cut) they refused to give me a replacement. I had to splice the wires together on my own, but the salt generator was not working at 100%In 5/31/2022, I went back again to get a replacement, I was told that I needed to contact their warranty claims department via a website. I did that on the same day, but did not hear back from them all summer. The generator worked sometimes and didn't work during other times. I had to use chlorine in the pool to keep it from turning green.This year I reached out directly to Blue Torrent Pools to get a replacement of the flow switch, they claimed that it was the cell, and would not give me a replacement for the Cell, which they say is discontinued, or the flow switch, which is faulty.All I want is a working salt generator replacement which I should have gotten on the year that I bought my pool and have tried many times to get rectified.Business response

A warranty for the salt generator was entered on 7/22/22. You were informed of this. The unit has not been picked up, we will ***** it out to you and you should have it within a couple of days.
