In the Spring of 2023 we've had work for our doors costing two payments of $1,470 (April & may of 2023) making that one lumpsum of $2,940. In June of 2023 multiple door closures we replaced by Long Island Storefronts. The doors didn't seem to work properly after the replacement and we have contacted this company multiple times regarding the door closures. While on maternity leave during the Summer of 2023, my business needed more closures replaced. Since coming back from leave in the Fall, I've noticed that the closures not working properly and have been contacting Long Island Storefronts multiple times a week and for the last few months. Now reaching out to their vice president today, we hope we could hear some type of motion, however, we have a feeling we may not. With a cost of two payments, $1,985 & $2,035 ******************* payments) and still contacting the business regarding our doors, the warranty for these door closures is coming to a quick end. This is most definitely not how a business should run, or even be in business. Especially calling their office specifically asking for an employee that we have been in contact with (*******) and being told she will return our calls/emails. Well, it's July of 2024 and this is an exhausting year, regarding doors that really need proper fixing, especially with children going in and out of them and even causing danger with how heavy they are and how hard they close. This has now cost us more than $6,500 with fixing what clearly has already been replaced/broke by Long Island Storefronts. We are a nonprofit organization and a positive atmosphere for our local community and supporting our local community. We are beyond baffled with how a "professional" business has treated us, with being very flexible for and to Long Island Storefronts.Customer response
