      1st time to order Pari LC Plus cup from them. Did not work. Called the next morning and she told me to return it to the manufacturer. I said I did not buy it from the manufacturer. She kept repeating. No one should EVER buy anything from this company. I agree with others--negative stars is their rating.

      As stated on the phone you need to contact the manufacturer because they handle the warranty on the product.

      If I could give negative starts, I would. They advertised 4 cables in their photo and only sent 3. I called them out on this and they go around and around telling me they sent the correct items to me. Management tells me that their description states that the 4th cable is for the AirMini that you can purchase. No, it says the cables are for the AirSense 10, Airsense 11 and the Airmini. They refuse to pay return shipping and when it get down to the wire to the 30-day return period, I had to pay to get it back to them. They tell me they received my return but I didn't meet the return requirements. Again, a lie. They told me I didn't get it to them within the 30-days and that I opened the package. I'm assuming they're using it against me that I opened the actual mailer these cables were in, but I never opened the package the cables were in. I didn't have to because the sticker on it showed 3 cables and I ordered 4 cables. There's no reason to open it when it's not the 4 cables that I ordered. I purchased 7/31/23 and my return tracking shows they received it on 8/28/23 in the original mailer with the product in its original state (unopened). They refuse to refund me and stopped responding to my emails. I have given them a poor review on their site and again here and I'm in touch with organizations to recoup expenses related to this purchase. A horrible company who claims, "If the return is for an error on our end (incorrect or defective product), we will also pay for the shipping costs". They are not honoring their own return policy to pay for me to ship this back due to their incorrect advertising. Surprisingly, they have now corrected their photo for this product, go figure.

      The listing clearly states what units the cables are compatible with.We changed the photo so we do not have this same issue with other customers that clearly did not read the products spec info stating compatibility before purchasing. The old photo showed an example of the add on wire you can purchase separately. This product was returned opened, the back of the package ripped and a hair inside. This is the reason for us not issuing a refund.

      This company is the worst cpap store to order from. *** ordered twice from them and both times I received horrid customer service in the form of misinformation from the staff in the form of unfulfilled requests and flat out lies of what they say they will do. Ive given them 2 chances I will not do it anymore they are blacklisted on my list if cpap stores to order from. I strongly urge anyone reading this review to save yourself the trouble and move along to the next cpap supply store, consider yourself warned. (Below is the information of the associate who lied to me and never got back to me after I emailed the company about it. I was ignored! UNACCEPTABLE! Your business couldnt exist without customer dollars and this is how you treat the hand that feeds you!? Theres plenty of other companies selling the same product. Never again with you!I sent an email asking them to change my cpap mask from large to medium. I sent the email the morning before it shipped. I sent another one in the afternoon as no reply. I get an email at 5 before close their time saying it was done and chatted with someone before that explaining my concerns of the size and it needs to be changed. The rep below said it was done Ive save the emails for this reason. He said - We spoke yesterday in the chat. I got in contact with the shipping department yesterday and was able to notify them of the size change to a medium. Your mask also shipped yesterday and you should see an update to the tracking today. If you have any questions, you can email me at this email.Guess what arrived? And do you think they emailed me back after this? No no they didnt they have all or a sudden lost the ability to communicate. No call, no email after sending a picture and response about what they sent.
