On 04/01 I used the services of the E-Z Cargo shipping LLC to ship a **** lbs package (invoice #*** ,package ****) to *******, Europe, paying $94.19 for the service. After three weeks of waiting for the package, the receiver called the ******* agency in ******* ,to find out what happened. The package finally came completely damaged. It was dropped on the floor ,damaging the products inside.Calling the **************** about the problem, I was contacted by the owner who ,very nasty ,initially tried to make me feel guilty about what happened, then suggesting he will give me $100 for the package. The cost of the package was $150 (at least) and the S&H $94.19.The owner did not apologise for what happened ,and tried to pay me a third of my loss because of his people negligence.I didn't pick up the money he offered to me,because only the S&H was $94.15 when the package was over $150.Business response

Good afternoon,
Our answer to *********************************** is that the complain is not totally accurate. Reason number one: we never received any proof (pictures)showing that the parcel arrived at the consignee totally damaged, nor did we have any proof that the parcel had been thrown on the floor.
Who would do that on purpose ?
Reason number two: the packing list (please see attached PDF),declared and signed by ***********************************, was only $48.00 and not $150.00 as it was stated.
The only accuracy is that we received the payment of $94.19 for S&H.
Due to the fact that the parcel was delivered to the final destination the shipping cost has been consumed.
As a company curtesy, since the parcel arrived "totally damaged" ?? we offer $48.00 representing the total declared value by the sender ***********************************.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:[The stuff that been destroyed it was liquid ENZYMES which got broken when the box was dropped; the liquid spilled in the container ,the container got wet and soft and it was replaced by their own box(but they poured some of the left liquid in the second box); I had 10 packages of psoriasis cream,300 vinyl gloves,$23 packet of chocolates for Easter,1 bag of sugar free chocolates and 10 boxes of herbal medication .As you can see from the pictures I shipped the grey box and the destination received something else( the shipping agency replacing box with only the cap left from the liquid container; all the things were plodding in some rest of the liquid ).

Good afternoon,
Unfortunately i have no time to continue this nonsense conversations. *********************************** doesn't have any positive proof that anyone form E-Z Cargo Shipping or from Fun ******* dropped the parcel intentionally causing the damage. We can not accept any kind of claim without proof from the consignee. There are no written documents nor pictures from the damaged box and most importantly no claim was made by the recipient at the time of receiving the parcel. The whole discussion is your word against my word. We need proof in order to make the claim to the insurance company. This is my last answer and we maintain our offer of $48.00 as it was stated on the packing list and signed by ************************************
