We are a small non-profit chamber music festival. In an attempt to keep our artists, staff, crew, and patrons safe, we planned to test all of the first three of these groups daily. In order to do this, we ordered **** test kits from RN Wellness. After the first 100 or so tests, we soon realized we had been sold faulty tests - odd lines in weird places, pale false positives (follow-up tests from other sources being all strongly negative, etc.). We quickly stopped trusting and using these tests (after a couple of very nerve-wracking days for many folks who believed them) and ordered new tests from another source. On 8/6, I wrote to RN Wellness to say we had needed to do so and want a refund (the nearly $4,000 we spent on these useless tests, as you can imagine, is not negligible to a non-profit like ourselves). After repeated emails, on the 12th I received a message from them that they would see what they could do. Since then, my daily messages and now calls have gone unanswered, the bad tests sit in my office and will expire shortly - I don't want them putting me off and then saying "we can't take these back, they are expired!" Thank you for any help you can provide in getting us money back for the unopened tests.Initial Complaint

This company is selling fake at home covid 19 test kits that are 100% not legitimate. They also included an insert printed out of alleged *** info regarding how the tests are good for 90 days past expiration date. The tests are fake & don't even contain the liquid necessary to perform test. The swabs are inserted incorrectly & in opposite direction of how they should be opened. Everything is phony & tests are invalid & should not be sold.Business response

Hello,
We can confirm the lot numbers on the tests and ensure that they are not fake tests as we work with suppliers to ensure that we get certified tests.
You can check this against the lot number on the original manufacturers site to ensure that they are true tests. Some manufacturing issues seem to have occurred and please email us so that we can replace the tests at our expense. We are fully willing to work with you here on this issue and resolve as soon as possible.

On January 10th, I ordered 20 BinaxNow Test kids from RN Wellness online for $520 (this was when tests were very hard to come by). They said they would ship in 5-8 business days. On January 18th, when they had not arrived, I cancelled the order, and they said they would refund me. I received confirmation of the cancellation on January 19th. On February 7th I reached out again inquiring about my refund. I received confirmation that the refund was still pending, and that sometimes they have problems with Amazon Pay releasing refunds. The person who replied said they were submitting the problem to their supervisor. I then reached out on March 7th to inquire again, and did not hear back. I still have not received a refund!Business response

Transaction date January 21, 2022 Refund in the amount of $68.00 I purchased a COVID 19 testing kit from this company paid with my credit card and never received the testing kits. Emailed the company to cancel the transaction and requested a refund. I was told by email that they received my request and that I would receive my credit refund in 3-5 business days. After several email back in forth about the refund I still havent received it. You can only reach out to this company by email. The address that they listed as the company is a private home and the actual company is supposed to be located in the ****** area. There are several complaints about this company concerning the same issues with other customers. They say that they have credited the account for the amount but my bank has no record of receiving it. The company has said that they are not willing to refund the money and that it is a issue with my bank.Initial Complaint

Ordered 4 covid tests on January 5th. Order #******* for $116.00. RN wellness sent me a text on January 11th saying order was shipped. Gave tracking number for **** as **********************. But tracking this number only says that the shipping label has been created. Nothing has been shipped. It has now been 3 weeks since RN Wellness says the order was shipped, but tracking number says nothing about it being shipped. Tried calling company at ************ but am told to email my comments to them. Did that and got no response. I feel this company is scamming people trying to order at home covid tests. When I ordered them on January 5th, their website said they have the tests in stock. As of January 31st, their website still says that they have the tests in stock.Business response

Hello, This order was originally lost by the shipping carrier, and we have done everything in our power to make this issue correct, including resending the package via the tracking number: **********************
We are truly upset that not all of the packages that go through the shipping carriers are perfect, as we would like them to be. However we will always fix the complaint at hand by resending the order or issuing a full refund!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:Regarding my complaint towards RN Wellness, I would like to receive a full refund. I do not trust that they are shipping me my order. According to the tracking number they issued, the **** never had possession of the order. It only shows that a shipping label was created. How long would I have to wait for the replacement order to be shipped? If I don't get a refund, then I will dispute the charge with my card company. Thanks.

I ordered two Binax Now test kits listed as In Stock on January 7th. Two weeks later there has been no communication that my order has been processed or shipped (but my credit card has been charged the $96 and the exorbitant $20 shipping fee). There is no contact info for this business other than an email. I sent an email on 1/17 requesting to cancel my order and get a refund-if the order could not be shipped immediately. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:Today (2/17) I checked my credit card account and the refund the company said it provided did not happen. I received the email attached in photo from RN Wellness, however no refund in the 3 weeks since I received this. WOW!
