I've ordered products online and shipping was included. After unboxing the shipment, I noticed that one item was not included in the shipment. I notified customer service , who replied with a message saying it was included. I explained that I double checked the package and package materials, and the missing item was definitely not included. A replacement was requested. **************** said they'd refund me, but I didn't want a refund, because that meant I had to reorder and pay shipping to the value of 1/3 of the missing item's cost. I wanted a replacement shipped. What seems unfair, is expecting me to pay the shipping fee. I ordered this product as part of an original shipment that included shipping. UnitedMfrs messed up the order, which is not the end of the world, but the decent thing to do would be for UnitedMfrs to take responsibility for the mishap and correct the mistake at no extra cost to the customer.Customer response
