Good afternoon, I have been a customer of CNY storm since about 2006 I was myself a all star cheerleader at the facility and had a very good experience.Naturally I wanted my daughter to be a storm cheerleader as well around 2017 she was old enough to join the first two years I felt we had amazing training. After this has become a scam we do not receive anything that is supposed to be included in our pricing as well as insane administrative fees tacked on after Covid. In 6 years my daughter has never placed over 3rd place and has been bullied along with myself by staff members as well as the gym owner. What was a complete surprise to me was going to two new cheerleading gyms and my daughter being evaluated way under the level she was placed on for storm and coaches asking how she has had no basic training or being where she should be level wise. Pretty much me and my child were scammed to think she was an elite level so we would pay more money a month as well as other people in the gym. I am very upset I was not allowed to watch this happening since parents are not allowed in the gym but one week a month. This business is dangerous and a SCAM.Initial Complaint

I was scammed with this business through multiple different payments. I was told I was paying for services for my child when in fact she didn't recieve any of those services. I paid $325 a month from June 2023 until November 2023. I also paid additional fees in between for things such as a stunt clinic that my child didn't participate in however I was still charged the $60. With multiple attempts on trying to be refunded and discuss with the owner on how to resolve this I was met with unprofessional behavior. I was ignored on several attempts and then the last attempt resulted in the owner using vulgarity with me and dismissing my child from the program.
