On March 2, 2024, I paid $300 to the sales rep. Brian M*******, a few minutes later, he sent me a receipt the same day, showing that I have a balance of $1,720 on my account (the $300 would not have posted this soon). On March 13th, I paid Brian $1,420 more, which should have cleared my balance, but he sent me an email, saying that I owe $300. My bank records show the $300 payment, made om March 2nd. How can I owe $300 more, after I paid $1720? I emailed Brian the statement from my bank, and he still insists that I am $300 short on my account. The only receipts I was given was the one on March 2nd, and the one from the Vanderhoof office, when I drove to them, in 2023. After I paid them $2,500, and the work was completed, Brian tells me that the roofers had to do additional work. I am home daily, no one spoke to me about additional material, or rotted rafters in the flat roof to repair.Customer response
