If I could give zero stars I would. They are literally the worst and make me want to avoid getting a Hyundai altogether. Wouldnt go here for lease, sales, or service. Their staff is unprofessional, unapologetic, and irresponsible. While my car was there, I never got a call and no messages were returned. I had to continuously track them down for info. My car has been in the shop for 6 months. They can not fix it. After multiple attempts. They are still requiring me to make my monthly car payments , even though I am without my vehicle . They gave me a loaner car that is low quality compared to what I drive now. The monthly payments on that car is significantly less than what I pay. They are refusing to let me out of my lease and refusing to give me a resolution , yet all they want is my money. I will never purchase a Hyundai car ever again. I would put 0 stars if it was possible, I recently visited the dealership to explore my options for purchasing a new car or refinancing my current car. I was specifically interested in the 2024 Elantra SE. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, I waited for an hour and a half just to get the numbers, which turned out to be significantly higher than the estimates I found on the Hyundai USA website. When I inquired if these numbers were negotiable, the sales manager, *********************, approached me. Throughout our discussion, he behaved unprofessionally by repeatedly spinning his chair while I was talking, which felt dismissive and disrespectful. As a returning customer considering a second purchase, I was extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and the unwillingness to listen to my concerns. Additionally, I noticed that the prices were inflated by so much compared to the official estimates. This experience has left me questioning the integrity of the dealership, and I would not recommend doing business here.Review from Shanell J

I would have left 0stars but thats not an option! Service **** terrible I urge you not to go there!! I came in for 4 recalls which we all know if you have a Hyundai expect multiple recalls!! 7:30am appt called out of work for me to get there and be DISCRIMINATED against because my car was old. Literally ******************************* (manager) told me oh your car is leaning we are not touching it I said so youre not doing my RECALLS because the car is leaning he said yes. My car is a 2013 Im pretty sure thats exactly why he didnt want to do my recalls I left and immediately went to a mechanic because now Im scared for my safety. Guess what my car was leaning because I needed air in my front passenger tire! Discrimination because of my older vehicle they sent me back on the road with recalls one being a seat belt recallReview from Stephanie L

South shore Hyundai did a horrible job selling us a car. We were forced into an ****** priced lease for a car that has nothing in it. The features were not discussed/shown to me prior to getting the vehicle. We were made to wait for 7.5 hours. I was pregnant, we were not offered any sort of food or drinks. We were told a few more minutes . When our salesperson finally decided to finish with us (he was too busy taking other customers) the car had paint specks all over the side of it from the factory. After being promised that it would be fixed (it wasnt). No one called us back. After months of following up nothing has been fixed or accomplished. No manager has reached out. We keep getting told that someone would call us. No one did. I WILL NEVER GET ANOTHER HYUNDAI AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE. If I could give a zero star rating I would. Absolutely disgusting how little the customers are heard or respected.Review from Mohammed A

I bought my second car from them in Jan2022since my first car purchase from them back in Dec 2022 was not so bad and no upcharge besides some small dealership fees.Rightoff the bet,they tried to charge me$4000over the market price when they posted the car on their website with an already adjusted price.The car sticker price was$33100with all the added accessories but on the website,the price was an additional$1500 dealer adjusted the price due to global shortages.I told them I am not paying them$4000over the already adjusted price which has added$1500.I asked them if they can give me the online price they posted,I will take the car even with$1500additional than the sticker price because the car has a$1000rebate at the time based on the salesman named ******. He spoke to his manager and they agreed SinceIwasTradingInMyPreviousCar.Once I went to the finance *************************************, he was the biggest scammer at the location.He tried to scam me with APR saying that I didn't get approved withthepromotionalAPRwith my good credit. When I said I won't take the car if that's the case. He said he is reaching out to the bank and then 2 minutes later he saidIwas approved for promotional APR.Then he started removing the$1000rebate saying it's not qualified.I argued so he told me to stay in the waiting area for him, he is going to sales to sort out this.That's when I got an emergency call from my family and I had to leave,I asked them how long it will take to sort out the thing.He asked me to wait, made me wait2hours,and then he got back to me saying he sorted it out.Then asked me to wait again,and after another hour and a half, he got back to me and asked me tostepintohisoffice.He started pitching for all the additional warranties,Iasked himthat I do not need them.He got upset and he asked me to wait outsideagain,hetookhissweettimeandgot back to me and said everything is set to sign.I was so late,I didn't check second time before sign and he changed priceto$36249andremoved1000 rebate.Review from Anita B

If I could give it zero stars I would. My mother's navigation system stopped working. It took her three weeks to get an appointment. Then the kept the car for four days, just to tell her they needed to install a new SD card. Two weeks later she went back for the card and they told her it did not work, and she needs a whole new radio system. Three weeks later, they cancelled her new appointment and told her to come back in September. This place is the worst! Never buy a Hyundai!!!Review from Mark C

Car under warranty. They had my car 3 weeks. Told me they were waiting for approval but i found out they did not contact the issuer of the warrantee until i contacted the warranty company myself. They lied and told me they contacted the warranty company every 2 days. This is the worst-case of incompetence i have ever experienced. From the receptionist to the service manager. To whom this may concern. I purchased a car there May 25th,2022. During the process, I was very specific and declined all warranties that ***** ( From finance department) was offering.As soon as I declined the warranties he did not seem to want to help me. He was ******* me , throwing papers around so I can quickly sign. So I financed the car for ****** I recently looked over my paper and i was charged ****** for it. When i went to speak to the manager they told me i had warranties on it AFTER i declined, they still added it .I was getting the run arounds from everyone at the dealer they did not " know" where the extra charges were coming from. My brother purchased a car from this same dealership dec'21 and they OVERCHARGED him $10,000..The general manager refuses to speak to me or have a meeting. Every time i call i get transferred to every department but him .STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, THEY ARE SCAMMERS, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. THIS DEALERSHIP NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN, AUDITED !!!!Review from thomas m
