Date of transaction-Thursday, November 2, 2023 Paid in full, 193.01 11-2-2023 I set up an appointment for an estimate for a new water heater and an automatic water filler for my boiler. Also to address a water pressure issue. The employee came out on the above date. First he took pictures of my present water heater and the surrounding area stating that he will pass the information along to, Jordan, who does the estimates. He said Jordan will call me that afternoon with the estimate. Next he addressed the water pressure issue, which he recommended replacing the shower head, which I did. Next he added chemicals to my boiler to clean the inside of the pipes noting that they will come back and flush the pipes. Jordan never called that day. After two days, Saturday, I called the business asking for the estimate, which I paid for on 11-2-2023 on an iPad like device that the employee carried with him, I did not receive a receipt. On Saturday I spoke with Kyle, the owner of the company. He took my info and said he will call back in a few hours with the estimate. He never called back. I called back that Monday and spoke with Emily who said she will have Jordan call me. He never called but Emily called back and asked me to set up a date to have the water heater and boiler water refiller installed. I said I’m not having anything installed until I get an estimate for which I have already paid for in full! She said they will get back to me. I haven’t heard from them since. My thoughts are they are very disorganized. Or they are so busy that they do not need my business. Or a combination of the two. I’m disappointed that they will not give me an estimate for which I paid for! They instead want me to have the work done without knowing how much it will cost. Is that fair? I want it known to the BBB that this was my experience and to let others know that this is how they treat their loyal customers. On October 20th 2023 we were contacted about a water pressure concern for a boiler. The customer also wanted a quote for a water heater, but we need to know the model of the existing water heater to provide a price. When we arrived on Thursday 11/02/23 our technician found a steam boiler with an older fill valve. The boiler piping was almost plugged with sludge due to age of piping. We installed 8 way water treatment and skimmed the system. The owner signed for, approved, and paid for the boiler service. We instructed owner that we will need to return to flush system again once water treatment has time to circulate, at that time we can install the water heater. While there our tech took pictures of the water heater and fill valve to get pricing. On Monday November 6th at 1:56pm we created an estimate for the water heater and our office verbally quoted the water heater price and we let them know we could not quote an automatic fill valve as they wanted due to type of system. After we let the customer know what we are able to do and our availability we never received a call back.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********* and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
My complaint was they did not give me an estimate for which I assumed I paid for. Their answer was they did give me an estimate and that I never responded back. My word against theirs. I do not wish to pursue this matter any further. I have moved on. Thank you BBB for letting me voice my concerns about this company.
