I had made a purchase with ***** which was further outsourced to Buyquest. I had immediately requested for my order to be cancelled which was confirmed by Buyquest. They still shipped the order and after many email exchanges I was provided a return slip and I used it to send the merchandize back. Hello, I purchased Two Lamps from Buyquest for an older ********** Television set. The first lamp was the wrong part number. An *** was issued and I returned the part The Second Lamp did not work as the TV was broken. I returned the second lamp on the attached ***. Buyquest refuses to return my money and does not acknowledge my emails. Receipts and ***** are attached to this request. Thank you.Business response

Dear Mr. *******,Thank you for reaching out to us through the BBB. We are sorry to hear you ordered the wrong lamp model and then the correct lamp model from us, only to find out your TV was broken. I am sure this was disappointing. We did provide you with ***s via email for each lamp, as you requested. Each of those emails outlined instructions for you to follow with each return. Those instructions included providing us with the tracking numbers for each return. When you inquired about your refund, we asked you for the tracking number for each return. Unfortunately, you were unable to provide us with tracking for either return. When we checked with each of our warehouses, where the returns were supposed to be delivered, our warehouse staff informed us they were unable to find your returns. Since our warehouse staff was unable to locate your returns, we informed you that without a tracking number to confirm the return of your items, we would not be able to issue a refund. As we explained in our email to you, these are big warehouses with a lot of boxes coming in and going out. Returns are sorted by tracking number, which is why we ask for this info. Our staff will continue to keep an eye out for each of your returns. If found, we'll let you know. And if you are able to find the tracking for your returns, please let us know. We are sorry we are unable to provide you with your desired outcome at this time. We hope you have a good day.Customer response

Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I have taken this matter up with my bank and allowed for a dispute of the transaction. Regards, ******* *******Initial Complaint

In early December, 2021 ordered and received a DLP projection bulb but determined before receipt that it would not repair my TV. I requested and received a Return Authorization on December 29, 2021 and returned the unused, unrequired bulb. Tracking information shows a signed receipt on January 10, 2022. Despite multiple attempts to communicated via phone (one may only leave messages on their corporate number) and email, I have received no response to my refund request for $63.00.
