In March of 2023, I purchas** a brand new house from the builder, Milton Projects LLC/****************************While trying to plant a lawn around the house I found that the builder had buri** building debris all around the house where the lawn would grow. The debris consist of wood, plastic, insulation, trash from the building of the house. There are more than 100 different items discover-** as of today.I flagg** as much of the debris as possible with little r** flags.I met at the site with the builder to point out the debris. He did not dispute having buri** the debris. Our meeting took place more than a week ago and as of yet, he has not been back to clean the area and I very much expect that he has no plan of a cleanup. The land prior to the house being built was a pasture and own** by the neighbor. She has said the site was definitely clean of debris prior to the house being built. The builder is the one who buri** the debris! I want him to imm**iately come back and clean the area so the lawn can be plant**.

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Milton Projects LLC regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

]************** is a very difficult person to talk to and try to resolve issues with.  He showed up at the house on a Saturday when no one was there and dropped a couple unskilled laborers off with plastic bags to pick up the building debris which he had buried on the property.  He personally however did not stay at the site.  About two hours after someone came to get the workers.  They had picked up much of the debris however without any supervision much of it was left and not picked up.  I had told him that I had purchased 100 small red flags and placed one at each piece of debris that I could until I ran out of flags.  He was well aware that there was more debris than flags, as I had told him that when we had a meeting at the site.  Last week I had a new lawn seeded at the site and the company I contracted with picked up what was left of the debris.  So, ***** did not accomplish the complete task!  I had to pay another company to finish what ***** refused to do.  I should also note that it is against ******** law for a contractor/builder to do what ***** did.  Instead of renting a dumpster for the building debris which he processed while building my house, he simply tried to bury in under a thin coating of dirt in the yard of my new house.  After a couple heavy rains the debris started to come to the surface and show in the yard.  At first he just said he didn't bury anything.  It wasn't until I said I was going to call the ********** of *********** and Conservation to report him did he show up and do a half a** job!  This is not the only issue I have with him.  He has also refused to seed the lawn even though that was included in the price of the new house, and there are several issues in the house which he refused to correct.  The lawn cost me $16,000 to do and the handyman work inside the house cost a couple thousand dollars.  He has refused to pay any of these costs , does not return my calls, texts, or emails!  I highly recommend you put him onto a list of less desirable builders/general contractors.   CAN YOU IMAGINE A BUILDER BURYING BUILDING DEBRIS IN THE YARD OF A NEW HOUSE AND TRYING TO GET AWAY WITH IT?  WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS PERSON DOES THAT?

      [Your Answer Here]

What have you if anything done to resolve this issue with ***************************?  He has never finished cleaning up the building debris which he buried on my property.  He is now building at least 3 other houses in the area and nothing has been done to hold him responsible.  He is an unethical/unskilled builder who does not stand by his work, nor complete the contract which has already been paid for.  Have i just wasted my time trying to go through the BBB?  Please advise!
