      Dishonest and Liars, Tested a car there and was very interested in purchasing it, but only after their maintenance shop checked out my concerns of the issues with the car, even a system warning that was displayed on the instrument panel. The car was placed as pending for me as I was told by the salesman, and he would notify me when the repairs where done or at the least have been looked at , so I could test the car out again. However two days later I called and asked about the status of the repairs and found that the car had been sold. Salesman said that it was not sold and still pending for me. That was a lie the car is gone and no one there had the decency to call me an explain how that happened. Stay away from this dealership in any of their locations, they only want to sell cars. I was just told by the salesman that they do not service (repairs) on any vehicles until that have been sold? Does that make any sense?. Read the other reviews and you will get the picture on how they operate. Good luck if you have already purchased a car from them, you will not get any help if it has problems, even if its still under warranty. Buyer Beware. A little courtesy? is that too much to ask of them? I think so. I did offer to place a deposit on the car, but the salesman said not necessary until the shop checks it over, so he placed a pending tag on the car. I guess that was a lie also.

      Our family has purchased 7-8 vehicles from Best Buy over the last 10-12 years, We have had nothing less than great service! prices have always been fair, and we have never had an issue that they would not take care of immediately, Allen is a great sales rep and Justin is an outstanding mechanic and honest!.

      I got a car from this dealership on December 28, 2021, and after 16 days the car's engine blew, I was not able to even lift the hood to see what the issue was. I'm guessing the reason was the oil was not filled as much as it should've been making the engine work a lot harder than it should've been. When we called them they came and had a tow come and take it away they had also said that anything wrong with it they would cover for us, then on that following Monday they called and said they would not cover anything since they were not getting paid for it and told us to go somewhere else, saying that they would cover it which they wouldn't have covered it with the extended warranty with the engine for an engine recall. So we called them back again and they continued to hang up or decline our phone calls and then continued to yell at us on the phone from calling and saying that they were going to do it a certain way than what we wanted which was to have an engine diagnostic, the bank we had our loan through said if we sent that in they would wipe out the loan so it was never there and they continued to tell us that, that was not going to happen and it rarely happens. After informing the salesman that we had contacted the bank he hung up the phone on us and told us that we were no longer going to work with us.
