In 1999 I bought a power chair from Marras Home Health Care. I am wheelchair bound and the power chair is my only means of getting outside. Through the years I have had to have it worked on. Last year when i was outside it quit on me. I called Marras and they came and got it. After having it all summer of 2021 they finally called me and said it needed a new motor. They ordered the motor and said it was on back order till December 2021. My close friend payed the $475 for the new motor. They brought my power chair back to me after they "fixed" it, and it did the same thing. Just stopped working. I called Marras and they came and got it. After about a week they called and said that my power chair worked fine so they brought it back to me. Took out my 11 year old cocker spaniel and the chair quit. It wouldnt move. I was out in the cold for 20 minutes before i got help. I am 72 years old. So i called Marras back and they said that it worked fine down there. So that made me feel like I was being called a liar. Im not trying to get a new power chair I just want mine fixed. Marras keeps giving me the run around. My power chair is my only way to take my dogs out and work in my gardens. I refuse to be house bound and shouldnt have to be. Im not just gunna sit around and wait to die. This isnt the first time I have had problems with Marras Home Health Care. They were supposed to bring me a bottom to use while they fixed mine yesterday January 13th 2022 but they havent come yet. Since its Friday I wont get anything or be able to call them till Tuesday. When I do call them 90% of the time they dont answer and I have to leave a message. Which I do. They never call me back. I know they have caller ID. My daughter has called right after i have and they answer the phone. I just want my power chair back and working. I have spent enough money to deserve at least that.Business response

Representative Better Business Bureau,Enclosed is the response to the complaint filed by **** *******, ID# ********. As can be seen on the enclosed documentation Marra's Homecare went above and beyond, at no charge except for a new motor, to solve ****'s dilemma. Most importantly, she was told not to leave her old power chair out in the cold.
