When you thought you purchased a sustainable, all natural eucalyptus and alpaca fiber hoodie, and it arrives with a tag stating its 40% polyester false advertising much? And now they expect me to pay out of pocket to have it shipped back.Review from Brandon S

I ordered and supported since last year in hopes to get it before Christmas for gifts. I was told the package was delivered and never received the product. I called *********** who advised I needed to call FYL to file a report from their end. I did and never heard from their customer service team until I had to ******************** up for an update. No apologies for any delays for for my awful experience and no one has decided to help rectify the situation.Review from LAURA C

My daughter in law bought me turtle to follow for a Christmas present. A tag was supposed to come with it to follow a turtle. It did not. I have exchanged emails with them since December. I have given them the order number three times and my address to correct this problem. Each time they exchange emails asking for the information, but then when I give it to them, nothing happens. When I write again, they say they cannot find the email, please send all the information again. It does not do any good to send to them. I think they are a fraud and taking people's money.Review from Megan B

I ordered from their BOGO sale on 11/27/2023. I have received nothing and it is now 3 months later. I have sent weekly emails to the company, only to get another automated message. Tracking number doesnt not work. This company is very disappointing and bogus!Review from Jen R

The plush is cute but the customer service from this company is abysmal. My husband ordered the highland cow for me at the beginning of December it didnt show up until a month later. When we reached out to Follow Your Legend and expressed frustration in lack of communication/speed of the shipment. They replied, not only disregarding our concern but simply advising us of the tracking number. Awful customer service. Its also frustrating because we found these exact products on a website in an international country for about half the costReview from Sara C

I couldnt be more disappointed in this company. The message was amazing, so I decided to buy multiple stuffies for the various children in my life for the holidays. 5/6 of the animals I ordered arrived. Which, at first wasnt a huge deal. I reached out and was told they would send me my missing sea turtle. Weeks went by and turned to months with no replacement. I reached out MULTIPLE times via email, MULTIPLE times via direct message on Instagram, and finally resorted to the comments section on Instagram where I saw others experiencing the exact same situation including their emails going unreplied to. Then, I noticed our comments were being deleted. Its clear they plan to pocket the money and not send people the items theyve ordered. The message behind this company is beautiful and I honestly hope they get it together, fire or retrain their customer service and social media teams, and increase their transparency with their customers. For now, DO NOT ORDER if you are not ok with potentially not receiving part or all of your order.Review from Gaétan K

This company is a rip-off. they sent me a wrong item. I've emailed them 7 times trying to get the correct item. And they just ignore my emails. Such a disappointment especially at holiday time.Review from Nate B

Bought two plushes for a birthday on 8/25. Birthday was 9/20. Didn't get a shipping notification until 9/25. It is now 10/05 and tracking shows it has still never even been dropped off for shipping. This company is a scam. I'm surprised that some people have actually recieved anything from them.Review from Andrew M

My package has not arrived yet and the tracker for my package does not seem to work and *** tried to reach out to them but they never respond back.
