      I have had an ongoing relationship of annoyance with them since they installed my "new" outdoor heating and cooling unit. When the new unit came- they immediately had to order new parts to replace (supposedly new) parts in the new unit that weren't working. After several repairs over the next week or so (depending on how long it took to get the part) to install the new unit, it was finally working. I also asked how many parts need to be replaced before they would actually put in a different new unit- they said, this happened all the time, and that there was a ten year warranty, so don't worry.Two and 1/2 years later... I have gotten to know all of their workmen- as they have had to come out 3 or so times every year to fix (replace another part in) the new unit. I have repeatedly asked to speak with someone higher up (I don't like complaining to the poor phone operator who can do nothing), and am told they will escalate my concerns and will receive a call... 2 1/2 years on... nope. This week, I had to call once again- because the unit isn't working (note, although there is a 10 year warranty, service is only provided for the first 3 years). The guy who cam to repair (which he can't as another part is needed...) told me that he had called his boss when he saw all the reports, and the guy would call me before the end of the day. He said the guy had a lot of calls to return. Gee, I wonder why?? 3 working days later... no call. The repair guy got the unit working, so I have heat until they can figure out why it is leaking fluid... so, it's not fixed.Bottom line: Unless you like having to meet all the repair people at a company, sitting around your house waiting for the person to come, then waiting while the repair is done (hopefully you don't have a job like I do), and spending a few very(!) cold nights because you have to pay extra to get any emergency service: Do NOT use this company.

      We were very pleased with the installation of duct work done on our old house 4 years ago. However any contact we had to make with the offices in ************ and the headquarters in ***************, **. were very difficult.That has been the case this year, the fourth year of our maintenance contract.We made an appointment on line, waited for the service on the scheduled day. No one showed up. When we called the offices we were told that they did not honor those online appt's. We asked to speak to someone in charge in both offices and were ignored. In the first 3 years, in spite of COVID, we had been called by ***** for the maintenance app't., not this year. I have yet to have them do the annual maintenance service for this year. They broke the contract!!!

      Zero stars would actually be appropriate. I've worked with them for years. This year they came to do annual routing service. While the were there, my mother in law, who lives with us, had a heart attack. My wife was obviously preoccupied getting an ambulance and speaking to her doctor. The tech demanded payment and she said she would have to take care of it later. I paid them in full within a week. When I called them to get the repair work done, they said they were unwilling to work with me because they were not paid when services were performed. I was flabbergasted. These guys obviously lack soul.

      BUYER BEWARE On 12/29/21 **** Heating serviced my gas boiler. On that day I was told by the technician that an advanced diagnosis was recommended because the test for carbon monoxide was reading a little high. After talking to his supervisor he said that the cost for this advanced diagnosis was $149 PER HOUR and that it should take about 1 hour and that they would be back the next day. When I did not hear from anyone from **** the next day I called them and was told that they could not fit me in their schedule for that day so we set up another appointment. The day of that appointment I once again did not hear from **** so I called them and was told that the technician just quit that day so we set up another appointment for January 17 between 10am and 1pm. On Friday January 14th I received 2 telephone messages from ******* from **** to confirm the Monday appointment and that the cost would be $149 FOR EVERY HALF HOUR and that I had agreed to this cost.On Saturday January 15th I called their office and spoke to ****** to tell them that I did not agree to the $149 per half hour cost. She said that I did and sent me a copy of the invoice I had signed from the initial service call. This invoice was doctored to read that I agreed to the $149 FOR EVERY HALF HOUR.I obviously cancelled the appointment and told ****** that I would not let **** back in my house again.
