      - In August 2023, I went to Northeast Kia because they approved me for a car. I took a train and a Lyft to get from ******************, **, to ************, ***- The owner ****, the salesman ****, and the finance manager ******* had a deal for me on a 2018 ****** Kicks SV with a sales price of $12,995.- I felt like I had no choice but to get the car since I had turned in my rental and had no way to get back home.- With fees, the car's total cost was over $17,000. I was financed through **************** They never disclosed the following crucial information: - The car had been in an accident. - The CarFax report. - The car had a rebuilt title. - The car had structural damage.- One week after getting the car, I took it back because there were no sun visors, the electric components inside the car werent working, and there was a stutter with the transmission when taking off. - **** said it wasnt the transmission, it was the motor mount, and stated that it was now my issue and they dont cover that. The true value of car due to damages and structural damage was $8,000 then and now its only worth $5000 my loan is $17,000 meaning Im paying more than 3X worth the value of the car. 2018 ****** Kicks SV VIN: *****************

I purchased a Maintenance Plus Agreement for $1160.00 from *********'s F&I Manager *********************************** after I asked him specifically if it would be honored at any *** ********** nationwide and he said yes. However, when I visited *********** in ******, ** on 5/13/24 for my first routine service, they informed me that I was not covered by any national *** *********** coverage and that the *********** agreement I originally purchased only applies to the originating dealer. I immediately called ********* describing the situation and they said they would call be back in ************************************************************************************************** back. I called them multiple times to follow up and went onsite on 5/24/24 to meet with **************** face to face to request that ***** make me whole for the full $1160.00 net of the pro-rata refund given to me by GS Administrators. He said he would work on it and after numerous email follow **** he responded via email on 6/18/24 that he would have an answer for me in the next ***** hours but he never did. I wrote to him on 6/25/24 giving him one last chance to make me whole before I file a complaint but he never responded. I want Tasca *** to refund me $171.91, which is the difference of the original *********** plus agreement purchase price of $1160.00 and the pro-rated refund from GS Administrators of $988.09 that was applied to my Chase Auto Loan Account.

8/12/23 I purchased a jaguar fpace 25t for ********* but it was posted for ******. At north east **** as promoted on the radio no cash down leave with a car is the 1st lie. I traded in my 2011 ***** pilot touring and had to put $1000 down. The next morning the car was dead and would not start so a man with a AAA truck was kind enough to boot the car up so I can drive back up to the dealer. They kept me there for hours to tell me Im gonna end up coming back it looks like the car has electrical problems. Then I end up coming back less then a week later the engine light on and the steering system (abs) has problems head lights died out and the car moves the direction it wants when driving and makes loud clicking noise at time as well . They just put bulbs in and sent me on my way saying they will see me again ! The same thing happens again but this time the car died on me in the street while driving , everything shut off! Again I I had the car charged up and went back to the dealer and they put it on the diagnostic machine and it came back with 15 electrical problems. I immediately came to the conclusion and told them they sold me a lemon and take it back they refused ! Sept 28th was The fourth time I went up there to the dealer. I did as the bank told me to do . I was to tell the dealership to unwind the contract and refund my money and vehicle and leave the jaguar title and keys on there desk with photos taken . On sept 28 the dealers refused to refund me , give me back my ***** and my money . I was sold a lemon and they were aware of that they told me I should go get a lawyer because there not giving me back anything or unwinding the contract they dont care if I leave the jaguar on there lot it my problem

I purchased a vehicle from Northeast Kia in NY. I didnt have a great experience. Initially the people seemed pleasant and okay. I arrived on a Friday, April 14th at 9:40am. The previous day I asked if they can have the vehicle at the location so that we are not wasting time. I remember stopping by before to see a vehicle and I sat there all day without seeing the vehicle. When I arrived at the scheduled time, the vehicle was not there. I sat since that morning until 3:30 in afternoon (5+ hours waiting). I kept asking the representative (******) what is going on where is the vehicle. He would respond and say its on its way or it will be in 30 mins. The time will go by and still no vehicle. I dont understand why they wouldnt see that as an issue if their goal is to sell you a vehicle. In between, I was filling out paperwork but I wasnt sure if I was going to take the vehicle especially if I havent seen it at the time which makes no sense. While am I filling out paperwork if I havent seen the vehicle and dont know if its the one.The vehicle finally arrived and I was able to test drive it. I enjoyed the vehicle (2020 Dodge Durango RT) and wanted to proceed. Due to me having two other vehicles in my name, I had my wife put the vehicle in her name which required them to drive to ** to have my wife s signature on all of the documents. Everything seemed fined at first until I noticed after the fact that the led in rear was partially out. I reached out to see if they would fix it and the representative ******* kept telling me they are not obligated to fix it but he will see what they can do. I was totally confused because I would think they would at least make sure all or the lights were working on the vehicle. But he came off as if anything that would cost them money to fix would be a problem. He definitely wasnt concerned about making me happy with the sell. ******* pretty much gave me the run around to have me think he was looking into it even though he knew he wasnt going to follow up. Weeks went by and I didnt receive a response or a call saying whether the led is going to be replaced or not.I was too annoyed because I called several times about the same problem. Let me not forget that I initially contacted the salesmen that helped me (******) and he started ducking my calls which led me to call several times to speak to a different representative. The other issue is that we didnt have any of the signed documents from Northeast Kia. I was assuming after my wife signed the documents, ****** would return, make copies , and send it by mail or email them. I havent received anything as of now (Todays date: July 20th).

I did an oil and filter change as well as an multipoint inspection of my 2021 veichle on 07.08.2022 The very next day I was driving my veichle when it suddenly caught on fire. I towed to the dealership and I still haven't gotten a response or an update from either the dealership or from the corporate. It's been more than 10 days without a proper response. When I contacted *** corporate they told me that they never got a report or paperwork from the dealership. And the dealership says they sent all the documents already. In the meantime I don't know where my veichle is or when will I get it back.
